I went with my wife and a friends and our order was “ok” to say the least. The kids working need to not mash the ice cream into a paste. When they do that it’s already melting when you get it. Now I worked here As the manager between 2019 and late 2020 so I know that they can do better than this

Normally cold stone is amazing however this time they barely mixed it like literally one rotation then straight to the dish caused it to be super rich up top huge chunks of cookie dough and white vanilla not even mixed at the bottom. Not even busy only one buying at the time early in the day. Half the fudge ended up on the stone instead of mixed in really good like most locations do. Stay away if you want good quality go to a different location. Picture is the bottom half with only some chocolate chips no fudge, caramel, or cookie dough. Literally vanilla ice cream.

We went to the mall to have some fun with our toddler today. However the experience became rather stressful and frustrating because of the low quality spoon used by Cold Stone. While my toddler was eating his ice cream, he accidentally swallowed a small sharp piece of plastic that was chipped from the spoon. We had to go to urgent care to make sure everything was okay with him. But, a good precious Sat was gone because of a spoon offered by Cold Stone. A joyful day was ruined.

Cold stone is one of my favorite ice cream joints and this spot definitely hit the mark. Highly recommend the Cookie Don’t You Want Some with Cake Batter ice cream instead of the Sweet Cream. It’s perfection! 🙌

I had the cake batter flavored shake which was GOOD. Not too sweet which is usually the case for cake flavors for me. My kids had the smallest size bowl of cotton candy icecream(pictured)

Things are improving at this Cold Stone location. Previously there were issues with open hours not matching actual hours, I appreciate the times matching up more correctly now. The counters and surfaces are still those of an insanely busy ice cream shop, could use a wipedown every 30 minutes, imho. This location usually staffed by people who make the best cold stone icecream dishes within 15 miles, considering any other Cold Stones. So many of the other Cold Stones are staffed by angry people who do not care about cleanliness, face masks, coughing on food, getting the order through quickly, etc. This MOA one holds the food quality up to a good standard. I wish zero stars was an option. We arrived 9 minutes before closing and were rudely told we would not be served. They had an employee standing in the line to refuse service to anyone walking up, but the employee had her back to me & kept me standing there for almost 5 minutes before saying I would not be helped. I had my niece along & politely asked the manager if we could please get some ice cream. Every single employee behind the counter screamed, actually screamed, "NO!!" in unison at me. Everyone in the surrounding area was taken aback. The level of hostility was shocking. This all happened before their 9pm closing time. I worked retail in college & we always helped customers who arrived before closing. We usually helped anyone who walked up before we cashed out the register, even if it was after closing time. That's called customer service. I won't be returning to any Cold Stone in the future. We went to Dairy Queen instead. You should too.

Small location within the mall. Does not have seating but is close to a food court. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable.
