Lovely place to begin with, very welcoming staff and nice ambience. The selection of food was superb and not to forget the amazing coffee that they serve. The price was very reasonable. Love the fact that they had English translation in the menu for a non native speaker like myself. Would definitely recommend anyone I know of this place.

Cosy little gem with wonderful pasta and coffee. Waitress are very attentive and considerate. Although English is not their first language, but they tried their best to explain and letting customer know what's the best meal

The atmosphere is serene and the waiters are kind and nice... More importantly the crepe is soft on the inside and crispy on the outside to my taste as I ordered it. I have never left any feedbacks but this place deserves more than that!! Coffee Matters is the only place in Atyrau with vegan menu which is a huge lifesaver! The quality of coffee and food is 10/10 , waiters are polite and friendly which is the reason why I come here everyday to study, work and relax. Definitely worth your time to try comforting and healthy foods with a reasonable price. I hope this place will keep growing and making people happy and full :)

Nice place to spend your time with your friends or on your own. Liked the food and the good choices of coffee. Also was surprised by the such a qualitative service. Despite these facts, I couldn't get any charger for my phone over there (personally, I think it's ok to provide your customer with the needed demands). But I can surely say that this place deserves to be called as the one of the best coffeehouses in the city.
