"Fine Coffee and Welcoming Atmosphere"
Came here for coffee with family and friends; overall experience was well worth the drive! Ordered a 8oz Mocha with 4 shots of espresso and a pumpkin chocolate loaf. There is a decent menu to choose from and a wide variety of pastries and chocolate bars. They also have apparel, stickers, and art for sale as well! I only saw one worker here during our visit, and she was very polite and took our order with a smile. I would definitely recommend this coffee shop as opposed to others in the "Castle Pines" area. I will certainly be coming back here later down the road to try other items on their menu.

This place is great, it has Giraffe in the logo for heavens sake and a book tree. The icing on the cake is all tips go towards charity’s like pet shelters. What a great business model and my wife and I are always happy to visit for a coffee and potentially a cake ;-)

I had a very last minute, and I mean a 3 day last minute need to find a space to host a baby shower for my oldest daughter, as we had a last minute emergency that required a switch in venues. Nate the owner of the coffee shop happened to see that I was stressing a bit. I told him my need of finding a venue last minute, and he reminded me of the conference room space they have for rentals of the space. He was able to accommodate the number of guests and the timeframe within 20 mins of our conversation. He literally saved the baby shower. And it was a perfect switch of venues. I enjoyed a much needed latte as I was setting up the decorations, and I noticed at least 90% of our guests also enjoyed a cup of joe.

What a phenomenal coffee shop. Stopped here on our way to Garden of the gods and was a fantastic diversion. Plenty of parking on the street. Love the ambience and the area. Plus the coffee was out of this world.

Colin is really nice, friendly and helpful. Some of the staff gets annoyed if you are not speaking loud enough, or want your food heated just a little longer. I sometimes will wait and go in on certain days and times because I don’t like being treated like this. I am always polite and never rude, but ever in my nature and where I spend money I wish I would not get a voice raised at me, or someone annoyed and slamming my food down if I ask for a little more time in the microwave. I’m not asking for much. Colin needs a raise, great person!

Our new Saturday morning tradition! Last weekend my dad was in town visiting and he is an avid coffee shop goer. We checked out Coff33 for the first time and both were super impressed! The large space, prime downtown location, and delicious coffee were the perfect combination. The shop itself is extremely unique and has a variety of seating options. Whether you’re wanting to enjoy the weather outside, lounge inside or work at tables, they have it all. We have gone back 3 times this week. My husband went to college in Golden, CO and bonfire burritos was a local gem. We were pumped when we saw they had bonfire burritos in their cooler. Today we enjoyed some coffee, and a local cinnamon roll, while our daughter sat and played on the carpet. This will be our weekly Saturday morning stop! We are happy to have such a gem in our town!
Best coffee in Castle Rock hands down. If you want truly delicious coffee by baristas who know what they’re doing in a great atmosphere, this is your place. We’ve been going for over a year regularly and it’s always consistently wonderful.

This place is a gem! Perfectly located next to Festival Park and Plumb Creek trail, COFF33 offers good coffee, a very relaxing and inviting atmosphere, kind and personable employees, and plenty of tables to do work or study. Their Wifi is fast and reliable (180 down, 160 up), and the temperature is comfortable. COFF33 has easily become my favorite downtown coffee shop.
My ONLY gripe is that they sometimes play the music way too loud. There are people participating on work calls over Zoom, taking phone calls, or just chatting with their neighbor. The loud music makes these things uncomfortable.
