Such a lovely little hidden spot in Franschhoek! We were warmly welcomed by the staff and enjoyed some delicious coffee (and food) in the bamboo forest. Definitely will be back to take advantage of the ceramic painting offered :) Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person R 50–100

The coffee itself was nothing short of amazing. Rich, robust, and full of flavor. After expressing my interest in the coffee, the owner went above and beyond to share the story behind their beans. He took the time to sit down with us, explaining the origin of their beans, the local roasting process, and even the best way to brew them at home. Fantastic service. The best time to take your girls out and have sips of the best wine (ask for the owners wine farms, Mitres Edge white wine!). As others have said, the atmosphere is lovely - a little quiet oasis with lovely trees, a stand of bamboo, and a nearby stream. However, the coffee/espresso drinks are of poor quality and quite tasteless overall. Go somewhere else if coffee is your goal. Our cherished spot in Franschhoek for our family. Bask in the sunlight beside a serene stream while sipping excellent organic coffee, enjoying craft beer, or indulging in the finest burger and chips in the Western Cape. The triple-fried Belgian-style fries are unbeatable! Our daughter delights in painting pottery and relishing delightful ice cream, while Mom and Dad also treat themselves.
