If I could leave negative stars I would. I went there today for my birthday with my birthday reward for a free cold brew. I showed the email to the workers and they were telling me that they couldn't do it . I was looking forward to it but instead they made me look and feel ridiculous in front of other people . I've done my birthday reward times before and this is the only time I've had a problem. And of course it had to happen on my birthday. I left very disappointed and embarrassed

I loved Cinnabon when I was a kid and wanted my son to try it for the first time but unfortunately our experience wasn’t that great. The owner or the guy at the counter isn’t friendly at all he’s just rude! He gave me a hard cinnamon roll that looked like it’s been sitting out all day when he had a fresh batch sitting right next to it. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and tried it anyway…sure enough it tasted just like it looked hard and stale :/ I went back and asked him for a fresh one, he opened the box, poked it with a fork then gave me one of the fresh ones but with a bad attitude. He knew exactly what he was doing when he handed me that stale cinnamon roll! The fresh one tasted amazing! It tasted how I remembered it the first time I tried one 10 years ago and how I described it to my son. “He said wow this is amazing”….so Why give your customers something that you know has been sitting out all day? To save money? Giving them a bad product will only insure they don’t return! you will loose money in the long run! Nobody wants to pay $7 for a stale cinnamon roll! I own a business and I would never! It’s sad that people don’t take pride in their business anymore. I’m leaving a review because of how rude he was and lack of customer service.

I visited this Cinnabon to redeem a reward provided by T-Mobile Tuesdays. The reward was a free 16oz cold brew. Before ordering, I made sure to ask if this location was participating with T-Mobile Tuesdays (as not all locations do). The employee let me know that they did. I didn’t catch the employees name, however she was very nice. After redeeming this reward, the employee let me know that I had another reward and asked if I would like to redeem it as well. I ended up getting a free coffee provided via T-Mobile Tuesdays and I got a free 4ct BonBites from downloading the Cinnabon app and creating an account. I am a Starbucks girl, so I was a little hesitant to try the cold brew coffee, but the vanilla cold brew coffee was surprisingly good. Definitely had more milk than coffee, but it wasn’t terrible. The BonBites were soft and warm; they’re somewhat small, but they tasted so good! I had a great first experience here. If I’m shopping at the Mall again, I’ll definitely be stopping by again!

Good food… bad customer service.. crowded it’s the in mall so of course… The staff treats you like trash and at this point I don’t care the food is worth…😁 prices are decent so there u go when they hire new staff that treat you with kindness and respect I will update…

After going to the mall on a busy Sunday and walking around awhile, my son got hungry and wanted something to munch on. We decided to stop by at Cinnabon, there were 3 or 4 customers in front of us but we were all attended to very quickly, the ladies at the register were nice and friendly & our roll was fresh and warm. Per our experience and how clean the kiosk looked we would definitely recommend and we’ll personally be stopping by again next time we are at the mall.

I hadn’t had a bun in awhile and was surprised when I downloaded the app and received a free item but as I walked to the location I opened the app with the coupon but by the time I got to order and pay the coupon expired. I did however purchase the regular with Carmel and nuts that was delicious.

I ordered 6 cinnamon rolls via Doordash and it took them over 62 mins to make it. Terrible service.
