I order from here at least twice a week. My son went to order at 745. They told him they don't take cash...by the time hecane and got my card and went back it was about 752pm. They said they have now closed their register. I approached the manager and she shrugged me off...offering no explanation. I know it was because they wanted to leave but if you close at 8pm,then orders should be taken up until that time. But to give him the run around because you wanted to leave. The food court and the mall were still somewhat busy. The guy cleaning up thought it was funny. It's ok there are other places to go that value customers and their time..as well as service.

Made an online order on their website (not a third-party site). Two things were incorrect. We asked for two sides of frosting (we only got one), and a cold brew coffee, black (it came with milk). I called the store, not asking for a complete refund or an additional delivery, but just a simple refund on the coffee I had to throw away and the frosting that was never delivered. They did not offer a refund for the parts of the order they messed up. Don't order from this store online.

Rude lady with bad attitude refused to give me the fresh ones when I asked about the one they had it as display she told me since in the morning. It was 9.30 pm. With my own money, I buy whatever I want to eat. Disappointed

Opens at 10:30am, not 10am as advertised on Google. Wasted my time walking through the mall and waiting a few minutes before opening just to get a Cinnabon, and then not being able to get it because I wasn't going to wait another half hour.

Very poor service, after walking the mall to find this stupid place to pick up the food for doordash. I fat lady said, sorry we don't have it ready. Knowing that I waited for 15 minutes. Very bad service and this is an example of how you loose customers. I will never refer anyone to go there. No matter how good the food is, ur service is very bad

Went in to get a Cinnabon. Arrived at 1040 am. We were told they didn't open until 11. Walked around the mall until 11. When we got back at 11 they said the Cinnabons were not done. They didn't even give an amount of time for it to be done. So we wasted over an hour while traveling so thanks Cinnabon for the waste of time! Traveling and still gotta wait even after the store opened, and one of the workers was eating with no mask on over the dough that is used to make the cinnamon rolls

Rudest Nasty people work here! Came 3 times, all three times the staff were disrespectful. Wanted to redeem my free birthday coffee, seems like they got angry, wanted printrd coupon and my Id, then gave me a glass full of ice water!!😡😠

Website says store closes at 9:30 pm but the store was closed before 8:30 pm on a Friday. I wanted to purchase a package of 4, but their register was already closed and lights out.

This is for closing 11 minutes early tonight. Also, telling me you you sold out when could have just made more was pretty lame. I asked for the mangers card to email him instead as a courtesy but you said you didn’t have the card or the contact info. So here ya go.
