Come here for nicely cooked pizza, salads and kebabs if you are hungry. The advisable dish is good che. Most people have noticed that you can drink good tea at this restaurant. Quite good location and food. Possibly girls working there should be a bit more smiley and polite. Waitress with a little too much attitude, student. The service was very great, i didnt like that they didnt wear any uniforms, that made the employees blend in with the public. The food was made VERY uqickly even though there were many people. We took the "Rome" pizzas and they were OK (the bread was too thick, toppings were falling off). The Coca-Cola felt old too. Cheers to that one male employee that helped us. Very disappointed. Was served cold food, even though the place was pretty empty and there was plenty of servers. When I pointed out to our server, that the food is cold, I was told that she brought it as soon as it was ready, but she's gonna give it back to the chef so he can "deal with it". Not sure how much truth is in that as all servers were hanging out chatting far away from where the food is being handed over. The best part of it all was that I got my food heated up INCLUDING the sauce and the greens which were part of my portion. I've been part of restaurant business for many years, but I've never seen anything like that. Only pleasant part was the girl who brought us the bill, as she was very pleasant. My recent experience was quite disappointing. The service, though slow, eventually acknowledged my presence and seated me. However, the overall pace of service was lacking in efficiency and urgency, which affected the enjoyment of the meal. Unfortunately, the issues extended to the quality of the food as well. When the dishes finally arrived, they were served cold, which was a major letdown. The lack of attention to detail and proper temperature control was evident and detracted from the dining experience. Additionally, the ambiance of the restaurant left much to be desired. The atmosphere lacked warmth and charm, and the noise level was quite high, making it difficult to have a comfortable conversation or relax during the meal. While I understand that occasional mishaps can happen, the consistent issues I encountered throughout my visit were disappointing. I hope that chili takes this feedback constructively and makes the necessary improvements to enhance the overall dining experience. At this time, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others, as the issues with service and food quality impacted the overall enjoyment of the meal. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Abominable service. If a bench is missing at the table on the terrace, the best solution is surely not to yell at a customer. I would give zero stars if I could.
