We had never been here before and was very surprised!! It was a Friday night (2/10/2023) around 7:30pm and they had a good flow of people coming in and out.. the shift manager and staff had this place rocking!! There was fresh pizza coming out all night and hardly any wait and the place was spotless!! We will definitely come back here again!! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

I love that you can go on line to get coupon to eat either on Mondays or Tuesdays for two like it was back in the old school days before Covid $4.99 or $5.99 all you can eat.. I wish they could bring that back all the time The atmosphere on Mondays and Tuesdays. You literally have to clean off your table. It’s so packed in there so it’s kind of dirty.. service. No good they’re not responsible to clean they don’t welcome you when you come in the door they literally just say how many people show me the code is your cup , that’s it but I understand when you’re working in a fast food restaurant that’s not the kind of job you want you could literally see it on their faces some people love what they do as some just do it for the little extra change to make it through life, and I understand, respect that…. This location has Quick Service, and a good Price for the 'All you can Eat Buffet' Adults are $8.99 and they also offer Personalized Pizzas. Just fill out the form with what you'd like to have on your personalized pizza and they'll make it for you. It's a small dining area and it tends to get a little hot if you sit close to the Kitchen area. They offer Salads and Pasta Salads too, they don't have ice cream or frozen yogurt for dessert but they do offer cinnamon rolls for dessert. I'm not a Fan of CiCi's but the food was okay.

The food was fresh and delicious. Staff was attentive to buffet stock, but they did fall behind bussing tables, which is understandable for afterschool dinner rush. Yall keep up the good work! The main reason I gave a 4 is because the arcade token machine was not working so my kiddos were very upset on the way out the door.
