The food was good but not hot enough. Everything served on cold platters and plates, so went cold very quickly. Had to ask for drinks when that should be offered as soon as seated. Perhaps it's different in Portugal or indifferent? Better than next door the waitress had a face that would sour milk, so walked in and walked out. Vote with your feet we pay a lot of money and expect service. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Amazing gastronomic experience. The staff so kind and attentive, just suggested the perfect dish that my husband was looking for, the chicken was tender and juice as well, and besides the atmosphere and vibe make the experience even better! The sangria is also something you must try! Really recommend and sure it is on list of best place for next trip. Meal type Dinner Price per person €20–25 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ate here by chance last week. Had fried sea bream which was cooked ‘simply’. It was ok. The waiter spoke English and was very polite. Didn’t really appreciate that the bread olives and spreads would be charged for as they were delivered without being asked for, before we had ordered. Back home they would be free while you perused the menu. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

I have no one but myself to blame for one if the worst experiences. They should sell, sit on their cash and let someone else value the location they have. And only cash business? Where are the Portuguese tax authorities?

Staff can’t be bothered and the service is so slow even with only a few guests Ordered a beef steak medium rare it arrived looking grey and dry when I complained they just shrugged and said that was how I asked for it!!!!!!!!! Overpriced and if you do ear there you really have to check your bill three things on mine I didn’t order Oh and they only take CASH Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €20–25 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Asked 2 picanha burgers and they gave us a normal picanha dish, we said that this is not what we ordered and they told us they are not making the picanha burger anymore and did not tell us that this dish was 8€ more than the one we originally asked for... In the end they did not want to change the receipt into what we asked for. Pizza seemed to be frozen and they just added more toppings... The reviews for that restaurant are rediculous. 2.4 stars are not ok. The Pizzas we had were very good. It was a nice atmosphere. We had a friendly service. Yes we could not pay with the credit card, but sorry it's a restaurant not a bank. Service Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I dont understand why such a low rating. They are better than their neighbours. The wine is good, they are friendly. They gave us free desert. The food also looks good. Ps. We are drunk and i recommend their toilet for ladies using menstrual cups

BEWARE Really wish we had read some of these reviews before dining here. They do not display their prices outside and there is a reason for that. Their prices are around 20% higher than elsewhere, based on the price of their sardines. And they do not accept card payments (nor do they advertise the fact) Food quality was acceptable but not great.
