I never leave a bad review, you can check my reviews, but I guess I have been left with no choice. I made an online purchase and had to make a spicy or original choice and would prefer a mix...you know Spicy Chicken but Original Strips. I made the order online and called the store to make my request since it couldn't be commented with the online order I placed. I called for 15 minutes, I have the phone log, and no one would answer the phone. Finally when they did I asked if they could change it to Original Strips, I was promptly told that it had already been made...that was a lie as my son was there to pick up the order and they hadn't even started the order. He made the same request at the counter as well. As I'm on the phone with the lady I questioned why she wouldn't change the order she said once it's done it's done... again my son is at the store waiting at this point 10 minutes. When I told her I had been calling for the last 15 minutes she cursed me and said we don't just stand around waiting for the phone to ring and hung up. I had my son take a picture of the store, not a soul was in the store except employees. Needless to say after 15 minutes of waiting in the store for the food my son was delivered Spicy Strips and the lady ran off to the back and disappeared before he could inspect the food. Customer Service Zero. I will tell everyone I know and those I don't to never go where the staff is that inconsiderate, rude and belligerent. What a shame I grew up with Church's. Here is the deal with this place for everyone here to understand, so that way you can know when to go and when not to go. I recommend going early morning to lunch time when the chicken is fresh and hot. The staff in the morning is way better and they won't have any excuses, they will have everything. If you go any time after 5pm you will have a hard time getting anything because the evening crew does not want to work. They will always tell you there is a wait on the chicken and if you try to order other things on the menu, they will say they are out of it. I've gone here plenty of times to understand how it works. So your best bet is the earlier part of the day. With that being said, they just need to let go of the evening staff and close early. How do you get people rolling in at 7pm asking for chicken, and you tell them there is a 30 min wait? You have 1 job and yal can't do it. Your open for 3 more hours how are yal out everything? If that's the case then close up shop and go home, don't waste people's time. To be honest when they were shutting down churches chicken awhile back, this place right here should have been one of them. Very friendly and food was good. I am from Las Vegas where church's all closed down then moved to Indiana where church's is not around so it's been about 30 years since I've eaten at one. The menu has changed, I had the chicken fried steak , very good flavor. This place sux! I finally decided to give them another try, after some bad experiences with them, in the past. When I ordered at the speaker, I was told they had no white meat (about the 3rd time that has happened there). I was pissed and started to back up, and I let the "S" word fly. Some little punk came to the back door and started yelling at me "no white meat". Sadly, this is not surprising at all. This place has been on its last leg, for a while now. My business isn't going to make or break them; but, I'll never go there again.

I probably experienced the worst customer service in my life at this location. I was told it was a 12 min wait for chicken which is fine , waited in line for about 5mins get to the window to pay and was told to pull in the parking lot also fine. After a waiting over 20 mins I walk over and ask one of the employees about my order. A few minutes later an another employee comes out and tries to hand me some food which was not my order. I immediately say that’s not my order he looks at me and says it’s fine I said it’s not. I show him my order and he literally looks at me like I’m stupid and say it’s fine I said okay if you can’t bring it out just give me money back because at this point I’m just ready to go.. he tells me we have so many people to serve which at this point I’m like okay but you literally served everyone but me.. I said just give me my money back. He said nope.. I say we’ll bring my food out he told me I can’t get either. He taunted me took pictures of my car. I will be up there first thing in the morning! The worst experience. Submitted an online order at 10:30am for pickup at 4:30pm and the order was not ready. Had to wait 45 minutes more while other customers were handed orders first instead of getting my order. Not a single sorry or we apologize for the inconvenience, NOTHING! Crew members are not happy to be working and I can understand that when you are at a dead end job. Oh and my order total was close to $100! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered through the app. The app said nothing about them closing early during the ordering process. I asked if there was a way to transfer the order to a store that was open and I was told no. Fine. I asked for the store number and was told they never got an online order. I asked 3 or 4 more times and got the window shut in my face. The employees were rude and unhelpful.
