Don't go between 5-7pm unless you want to wait at least 20 minutes for your food no matter what you order. This is the third time I have had to wait 20+minutes bc they were unprepared for the dinner rush. The manager was rude when I finally (24 minutes from the time I paid (not placed the order)add another 3-4 min bc there was someone in front of me) went inside to ask for my 3 tenders. She told me they were "slammed" and didn't have enough room in the fryer for my order. I pointed out that when I got there 25 minutes ago they were not slammed and the ppl behind me had gotten their food 10 minutes ago. Too top it of the gravy was only half full. Ordered the chicken sandwich #5 on menu, it was pretty dam good, the chicken was fresh, juicy, had lots of flavor , first time ordering that from here other places I've ordered this they usually too dry, no flavor or more crust than chicken . I will for sure order this meal from them again. I put 3 on atmosphere cause I didn't go inside I went through drive thru. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

3 pieces of my chicken were very dry. I paid for 12 pieces and could only eat 9... the wait was over 10 min in drive thru... ridiculous!!! They told me it was a 3 min wait for fries, I said that's okay waiting over 10 min and 3 pieces were very very dry!!!

Immediately after walking in the place, it smelled fiercely of cleaning chemicals. The food came out warm, but it was very old chicken. The coleslaw was disgusting, and my son threw it up moments after leaving. We decided not to return. It's a real shame as it's the only Churches Chicken around, and I really love Churches back home. I spent $43.83 at this store. I ordered a 16pc mixed meal, which includes 3 lg sides. I asked for fries, coleslaw and corn. I received mashed potatoes, and corn. The coleslaw was left out. I couldn't go back because I had just gotten home, 36 miles away! While we were trying to enjoy what we did get, it was difficult. The corn was rancid, and there were little black bugs in our biscuits!🤬 This is the second time this store has messed up. I was willing to give them another shot, and they disappointed yet again! I don't appreciate having to throw away my hard earned money. Fix this, please so that nobody else has to go through this.
