Was waiting at the drive-through for food in this was my view. She was on her personal phone with her back to us. I’m really not a hard customer to please. I’ve worked fast food and service and I get that sometimes things happen in your personal life and you need to be on your phone but what I think is completely rude Being paid to Perform a service for another person And have your back to them on your phone is completely unprofessional Service: 1

The gravy on the chicken fried steak was so watered down that it was water. See photo. Other meal we got , they forgot the seasonjng in their flour, when breading the strips. 100% will never be back. Nasty, nasty, nasty food. Chicken tastes like flour, no seasoning. Orders have always been wrong or missing items. Rude, hateful, defensive, arguing workers that will argue with customers AND co-workers. I have given up on them. Would rather lick the bottom of my shoes than to suffer by going here. They absolutely do not do right for their customers. I pray to God they go under and go out of business. It would be a blessing to us all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Well, I ordered my food, in person, at the restaurant. After, the woman took my order I paid for all of yge items I requested. Once I arrived at the place we were to ear it was discovered that the sides were not in the bag. I called and spoke with Gabby, who had taken my order and she said that if I returned to the store she would give me my sides for free. When I got there Gabby gave me my sides then asked if there was anything else that I needed. I said, "Yes, the money for the sides. You said that they would be free." She then told me that if I paid for the sides AGAIN they would be free. When I asked her how that would be free she went into an explanation that made no sense. So, I told her to just give me my money back as she had told me that the sides were to be free. At first she tried to tell me that she couldn't return my money. Then she reluctantly put my money back on my card and I left. Of course I filled out the survey on their website and gave them a very low review. A few days later a woman who identified herself as a Church's manager called and gave me the same song and dance routine. After a few minutes I told her I had gotten my money refunded and that I was fine. Suffice to say I won't be going back to this restaurant. Did not give me the correct order and then when I called the lady said she packed the order so she know it was correct so maybe I must have dropped my pepper. What? That makes no sense. Will not be back Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They guy taking the order struggled to take our order and I had to repeat myself many times. Which was fine until her charged us for a large drink and didn't give us one and the complete got our order wrong. Asked for 2 chicken tender meals nd a texas meal and received half of a texas meal x3. When we went to get what we ordered the guy argued and would not give us what we ordered. We gave up after a bit. I'm angry I paid over $30 for 3 drinks, 3 biscuits, and 6 pieces of chicken... Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

You know people work hard for their money period point blank!! An after a hard days of work you want to get the best for your buck!!! And today this place has really dropped the ball! Being served food that’s not fully prepared is one thing but I have 3 young children I’m serving as well! The place wasn’t busy I pulled right up to the speaker, my order was a mobile order and I was 5mins late to pick up so it’s not like I was rushing! As I approach the window the cashier tells me, “ohh I’m sorry we was out of apple pies so we threw more biscuits in for you(basically didn’t give me an options) ” first off I didn’t order biscuits so why would you think I want extra biscuits??? All around bad customer service! But to get home and make my children plates to see unprepared/ partially prepared food was devastating and heart breaking and their putting the mashed potatoes in 20oz fountain drink CUPS!!!! I had small issue before big this here takes the cake with the unprepared mashed potatoes!!! It’s really unacceptable!

A unique location. Doesn't have inside dining. There is a drive thru and outdoor seating with an order window. The staff was friendly and expedient. The fried chicken was heavily breaded with a crunchy but bland outside. The meat was tender and juicy. The fried okra was pretty good. The mac & cheese was simplistic, but a better flavor than KFC and Popeye's. Nothing special, but it was cheap. I wouldn't return for their basic food; however I will come back to try their seasonal flavors as those are always good! #KCFoodie #CulinaryAdventures #ExploreYourCity #OlatheKS

Usually this location is pretty good. Today that was not the case. My chicken was overly cooked and hard, same for the biscuit. Didn't mind the upcharge for getting Mac and cheese but the cup had about four bites...so not worth it. The line was slow as F. Won't be returning for awhile after this trip. Ordered chicken strips and wasn't asked for any kinda sauce and the strips were hard. Just terrible all the way around, waste of twenty bucks. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
