I was opening GM for this location, and I am super satisfied with the condition of the store. Friendliness of the team is top-notch. Steak is overcooked, and portion cooked for business need was too much. However, high five young lady (manager) YOU ARE DOING AMAZING AND IM SO HAPPY TO REVIEW YOUR SUCCESS & RAVE ABOUT THE AWESOME EXPERIENCE I RECEIVE IN YOUR RESTAURANT. I have only been to chipotle twice in my life. The first time was in Moore and the staff was great and helpful and then in Norman and it was a bad experience. Chipotle is a little difficult anyway if you aren’t familiar with what you are doing. The menu just says bowl, salad, tacos etc but not explaining what is on it so if you are not familiar with the place and not sure how to order and the staff is unhelpful and it’s overwhelming. I walked in and ordered 2 of the kids tacos and I bowl. The lady said what sides do you want on the kids and I did not want beans so I said all rice and so she put rice and put a lid and I said on the meat I want and she said you said all you wanted was rice. I said the side I do want rice. She said I asked you what sides and you said all rice. In my mind Sides are rice and beans not your meat so she finally threw them aside and started again. She was incredibly short with me. So I was trying to say carne asada for the meat and all I had out was carn and she grabbed this shredded stuff and I was like no no and she said pork and I said no this one and I was pointing and she grabbing the other and said pork and I was like no and I finally said please stop I don’t want that I want this and by this time my anxiety is through the roof and should have just left and so we get to the bowl and I was trying to say salsa on the side and mid sentence she puts it in the bowl and I put my hand on my head and was almost in tears and this time because she was so hateful and was not happy that I was trying to to ask questions and she said I ask what you wanted in the bowl. By this time i keep saying you are so intimidating with this, this is not a place i usually come. I said that over and over so she could realize I am just trying to order and she has me in almost full blown melt down mode. Also when I went to Moore and got a kids meal they said cheese and sour cream and salsa would be included but queso or guacamole would be a charge. This lady charged me almost 7.00 for cheese and sour cream on top of a kids meal. The food was good but I’m sure I will never walk back in the store again. I have a few questions for the fella who made my 'burrito' today. Was it your first day on the line? Do you roll your burritos like this when you eat them? Ever rolled a joint before? Maybe just suggest a bowl with the tortilla on the side since clearly you arent up to the challenge? No napkins, no fork, no nada. 😩 Just be happy you got your food Karen.... Was crazy busy when I arrived. Line was moving slow but service was good and the food was also good. For a drink I tried to get tea but the spigot fell off and tea poured out all over the floor. The problem was fixed but decided to get something else to drink.

Would ave given 5 stars except forth price. A little expensive but the carne asada bowl was excellent!! Steak was fresh (cut it up while we watched) and very tender and flavorful. As the last poster mentioned, bad communication skills from the staff. Lack of customer service-- I was the only one in the restaurant on a busy Christmas time shopping day -- standing at the counter---and 3 staff inches from me wouldn't look up to acknowledge me with even so much as a head nod that they see me. Just rude. Portion sizes are also not what they should be for the cost.....probably why I was the only one there. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Huge portion ( enough for lunch and dinner) and delicious char grilled chicken. Sloppy serving, yet I didn’t order a burrito bowl for the aesthetic finesse. Poor example of a Chipotle. Been here a few times so I guess I don't learn. Last time they spilled half of my burrito on the counter, wrapped it in foil, and dropped it in the bag anyways. Did I order a cup or a bowl??!!! I came here for lunch one day and a new worker served me this. Are you serious right now?? I can’t believe this happened to me, I was in awe! And for the cherry on top they done give out water cups so I had to buy a drink cup which was an additional $3. I paid $14 for a disappointing “meal”. This is atrocious!!!!! I love Chipotle food. If I could eat it every day for the rest of my life I would probably be very happy. And I've been to different Chipotle locations MANY times. I've been to this location twice. This is the singular worst experience I have ever had. And the only reason it gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the first time I visited. The two guys that helped me then were incredibly kind and patient despite the register acting up and I never felt like an inconvenience. This time was much different. I walked in at like 11:30. Not a super popular time for lunch, so no one was in line. I waited for a good 3 minutes before anyone even looked at me. A woman came up and got my friend's order, but she was very rushed and didn't ask if she wanted rice and beans on her salad. Then she got me and, same thing. Very very rushed, as if I was inconveniencing them simply by being there. I couldn't even finish my food because I felt so disrespected. The food was good. I can't complain. But service? Do better.
