Was so scared going in because of the bad reviews, but there was nothing else to eat, and I was famished... it was a pleasant surprise the food was GREAT! I hate to pile on as this location is clearly having issues, but today's experience can't go unremarked. The fountain was broken, but I got a cup for lemonade - no big deal, fountains break down, it happens. Thought I'd check if there was ice in the fountain, and after some "chugging" by the machine, I got a small amount of ice. AND A BUG. At the point where the soda fountain is literally dispensing insects, something drastic needs to change. Props to the cashier, who immediately understood my issue, refunded me the cost of the drink and provided a bottle of soda - free of charge. I appreciate that. But I shudder to think what else is going on at this restaurant, and how unsafe the food may actually be.

STAY AWAY from this location at all costs. Would give 0 stars if I could. This is by far the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. Constantly out of ingredients, cups, straws, soap in the bathroom. The staff could not care less! To top it all off they will serve you EXPIRED ingredients and not bat an eye. What ever you do DO NOT GO HERE. This might be the worst chipotle in the country. Multiple times i have gone here and the place has been gross. Trash over flowing, food all over the place and the service is horrible. Yesterday they sold me a soda cup and the fountain drink machine was broken....yet they still sold me the cup. Getting a refund for this was impossible because the lady working the register couldn't speak English very well if at all. The line moves a snails pace and the food was cold. I love chipotle but this one really disappointing to the point where I'm actually writing a google review for it. Ordered to pick up, it was suppose to be ready at 7.20. It's 8.20 and its still not ready. There's a large group of people waiting. I called customer service and got a refund really easily though. Just a week ago I went to Arsenal Yards and I was feeling downright famished. I saw chipotle and I thought, "Wow, what a desirable nutrition establishment!" I walked indoors and immediately knew something was off here, The floors creaked, the faucets leaked, and boy I was 'boutta tweak. But I remained determined to quench my hunger for mexican-esque cuisine. I ordered a burrito bowl with chicken, rice, the guacy wacey, and sour cream. When I took a bite, the chicken tasted absolutely malevolent. I immediately grabbed my sprite but there was no bottle opener and I slammed my bottle against the table. The top shattered to pieces as the Sprite washed the abhorrent flavor off my palette. I went to the bathroom to catch my breath but I instantaneously saw the most horrifying scene to ever be conceived. There was a mix of blood, feces, and semen in the toilet. My heart froze for a moment while I developed Implosive Diarrhea, Severe Testicular Decay, Eyelash Cancer, and terminal PTSD. I ran out and went into a state of lucidity while I ordered another burrito bowl with steak rather than chicken. That one tasted alright but I still had trauma from my previous bowl. I walked back home at 11:24 PM and slipped into a mental-trauma induced coma for 3 days and had water poured down my throat by my mother every 6 hours. Overall it was a very "Unsigma" establishment, as the youngsters say, and I would recommend "Malevolent Kitchen's Fiesta Buffet" over this every day. 0/10 would recommend to Satan to torture the damned with. Horrific experience, tables dirty, floors are covered in various ingredients of the very lackluster burritos they serve. Meat is cold and all the workers are sitting and stuffing their faces with their own food from home because the food they serve here is just that bad. Also my meal costed 26.78 for just a disgusting burrito and a mexican sprite, i asked for a little more steak and she charged 8$ extra for "extra steak" I approached the counter and observed to my disappoint, that all the chicken and pork as well as the "Carne Asada Steak" looked as if it were skinned mice of the street, and boy, was the taste no better. They are consistently running out of ingredients and when they have them, they are not fresh. Guacamole was the worst i've seen in a very long time.
