I gave the manager a chance to respond, never heard anything. I hate to sound dramatic, but it was the worst Chipotle burrito I've ever had. Ever. The maker did not drain the beans. All I asked is for one credit, since my wife and I could only eat half of our burritos. Nothing unreasonable. Guess I'll just stick with that burrito place off Metcalf now. No problem. Place was nearly empty. First woman behind the counter was moderately pleasant. It got progressively worse and fast. The second person, a young man, was without the will to slop food, that's for sure. I asked what the white soup was and he apparently said sour cream several times but I couldn't make it out so I passed on it. Something dark floating in it so just as well. He was generous with the guacamole so no hard feelings. The final person, the one who takes the money, was a combo nonchalant and rageful. Hard to imagine but it's how she came off. Also gave me an empty cup when I asked for a bottle of water. Either way. She barked the location of the plastic forks and I briefly felt bad for asking. I thought I noticed an eye roll right there at the end so I didn't feel so bad. The food was good. The salsa was hot which is a rare find at a fast food joint. The workers are not well placed for a Johnson County place. Something rotten in the HR department. I'd fire two of them and work with the first one. She seemed trainable. Either way I'm full and grateful. Next time I'll use the drive-through. I didn't see it until too late. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Someone should tell the employees that this location has drive thru… They don’t seem to know it exists… sat in line waiting for Chipotlane pickup order for 15 minutes with zero acknowledgement/awareness. Had to go inside to get their attention and when I told them what happened they couldn’t care less and just asked the name on the order. I wish this was a one time occurrence but unfortunately this happens nearly every time at this location. I would recommend going to any other chipotle to avoid this location. $7.60 for just rice, beans, and cheese 3-pointer is insane. Used to be $3-$4.50 other locations. Also the turn leaving drive thru is unsafe/too sharp. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was not a typical chipotle experience. I Was first in line, with a long line beginning to form. Four employees all on their phones leaning over the prep table chatting away. One employee doing all the work for everyone seemed frazzled but not astute enough to ask for help? I got the attention of one of the four women thinking once she realized there was a line she would begin to jump in. Nope. Looked at all of us and went back to chatting. Service: 1

Had a steak burrito bowl with extra steak delivered to work and not one piece of steak on it. I just spent $28 for a veggie burrito bowl. You can’t get ahold of a person to talk to. There is no service! I would give zero stars!! Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Service: 1

Difficult to have a bad experience here. Food was filling, flavorful and fresh, staff was polite and kind, and the restaurant was tidy and clean.
