Do not delay your visit – seriously, the Mexican cuisine is waiting for you. A lot of people point out that waiters serve nicely cooked steaks, burrito bowl and tacos here. Guests don't highly appreciate coffee at this fast food. Food delivery is an important advantage of Chipotle Mexican Grill. Efficient employees work hard, stay positive and make this place wonderful. Many visitors mark that the service is fine. Good prices are something that should be noted about this place. When you enter this place, pay your attention to the spectacular atmosphere. But google users rated this spot and it didn't achieve a high rating.

Terrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes outside when they open at 11am. A associate walks outside when 4 other people are also waiting to tell us that they are closed until 12:30pm. Apparently you guys should have thought about notifying everyone earlier by placing a sign out so nobody waits! Use some common sense people! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went in store today and was denied service and told I have to order online only. I went to their app as I am a Rewards Member and the app prices reflected it was going to be an additional $6 to order the exact burrito I would in store. I asked the cashier to just ring up my order the prices were higher on the app and she denied me stating they will only accept online orders today. I left and probably will never go back to this location. Why would you turn away in-store customers for online orders? This store has all their values out of whack. The food it what is but time after time the service is terrible. The line is often not staffed, workers rudely greet you, they rush you down the line by aggressive throwing food into your bowl or burrito, and if you order more than a few items, they roll their eyes and say things under their breath. I’ve experienced multiple times workers going down the line looking at each other, rolling eyes, and smirking angrily as they make the food. I usually don’t post reviews at all, let alone negative, but over the last 18 months, this location has been terrible for service. The location on octillo and ironwood has atleast had friendly service. This location has gone down hill over the last 18 months, and isn’t getting better. personnel, portions, friendliness- all in the tank. I went today and ordered 2 bowls with double meat. Then questioned the serving size, the middle aged man rudely showed me what a 4 oz serving was (he was wrong). So I took it home and took the meat off to weigh it, my two meat order should have been 8 oz. It wasn’t, it was 4.5 oz. Every time we come to this location it is a disappointment. First time they gave us pathetically small portions and for $12 I should be getting a decent sized bowl. Second time, I was rushed during order and it was sloppy and small again. I was the only customer waiting so it’s not like it was slammed. And finally the third time, they shut down all in person ordering and only allowed mobile orders. Chipotle needs to monitor how many mobile orders can come in during certain time periods bc that’s flat out ridiculous that I couldn’t eat there bc I don’t have a mobile order. We won’t be returning. My husband and I walked into this location to find a girl just stare at us while there was a group of people speaking with her from a local ice cream shop a few stores down. We stood there for a min for her to take our order and she just looked at us. They were just looking at her and the guy was reading her all the ice cream flavors.. They had already ordered. It wasn't until a women peeked around the corner and said " Excuse me, we need to be serving our guest to the worker as the girl at the counter was only focused on them. She then seemed upset with us and we decided to order. Then they did not have any food. No lettuce, or white rice. Then she made our bowls with little food in them. She had a major attitude. When we left I noticed she over charged me for food I did not get. It said extra chicken. Our bowels were the lowest I have ever had. I really want a full refund. I spent over $48 and my family was still hungry after we ate. Terrible, I will be going to corporate and spreading my experience on a few reviews. The only thing that is consistent about this location is disappointment. Always understaffed, always out of ingredients, and to add insult to injury the Large chips are a robbery. I know of shrinkflation but this is out of line. I hope corporate chipotle takes note of how terrible this location is. Appears to be major management issues at this location. My visit was at 2pm during non-rush time. Upon arriving there were 2 people in front of me in line who seemed to be getting inpatient about the fact that there was not a single person helping them at all, and only one person cooking. Moments later a second person came to help but was visible not having a good day, likely because I could now realize she and the cook (both under 20) seemed to be the only ones working while two other people that were there were in the back (who you could hear from the lobby) were talking about entirely non-work related items and not helping the two who were working, nor did they interact with the costumers which had grown to 5 people. Then once finally getting to order was told that they were out of many items on their menu, not because there was a wait for those items, but because they don't have them in store. These were simple items like salsas, corn, pico de gallo, proteins, etc. which made it clear it was completely a management issue as they aren't keeping store inventory. Additionally, the store had a piece of paper taped to the order line that said they adjusted their hours because they were short staffed. It was not surprising considering the 2 young workers who seemed to be doing their job were not being helped by the only two workers who seemed to be grown adults and were in the back gossiping rather than helping. Hope that they can figure out their management issues at this store, as it soured my impression, the others in the lobby, as well as the two young workers who unfairly didn't seem to be helped by their adult co-workers (likely one being the store manager).
