Honestly, if I could give this place 0 stars I would. My husband found a bug in his burrito bowl. I tried to call the store to report it and it’s nearly impossible to get connected to the store. When I was finally connected, they hung up on me. My husband drove the bowl over to tell them about the issue and the employee had the audacity to make up some excuse as to why he couldn’t refund him. Then his response to the bug being in the food was “sometimes it happens.” No, absolutely NOT acceptable. I’m honestly so disappointed and disgusted. Never stepping foot into this place again. Overall the food was good. My only issue was that it was cold by the time I got it home which was only about 15 minutes from when it was made. The employees were very nice though and expedited my food since I was inside waiting for my food to be finished. UPDATE: I’ve been going to this location for a long time and it’s been fine until recently. The past 2 times I have ordered they’ve messed up my order. They haven’t put beans on the last 2 times, and this time, they added tomatoes, which I definitely didn’t want, and they put a very small amount of fajita veggies. I’m very upset about this and honestly don’t really want to go back after these experiences.
