This has to be one of the busiest and slowest Chipotle that I’ve ever been to; and I’ve been all over. I’m very disappointed waiting 45 mins on line for food. Unfortunately my pregnant craving, otherwise I would’ve been walked out. Never again will I come to this location. They make all this money and they can’t hire help. I'd looked at the reviews before coming, and I experienced much the same that I read about. The employees could definitely take 60 seconds and clean up a little more as they go, the restaurant seating area was clean, but the counter where they build your food needed a tidying. There was 2 people building the food, and 1 cashier. I ordered a bowl with chicken and carne asada, double not half and half, and he actually put in what I believe to be double, but I think I got skimped on the rice, it barely was enough to cover the bottom of the bowl, another spoonful would have been nice. The rest of the toppings were good. I think the thing that got me the most, I know the carne asada is a special, with an upcharge, but they charged me for double carne asada, rather than normal double meat with the additional $2 and change for the carne asada upgrade. So, my bowl literally cost me over $18 by itself. Add in a large fountain drink, and my total came out to $23.38 with tax. Ordered through the app, this is now the second time my order was not right and was way less food than ordered. Didn’t receive my kids sides or drink, didn’t receive the sides to one of my entrees, and it took the cashier 10 mins of me standing there to give me my order and when questioned about it got a ‘didn’t see you there.’ I’m a 6’2 170 lbs man. You can see me dude. Terrible quality control. Do better guys. Paid too much and missed out on my half order. Disappointing. Food: 3 Service: 1

I never leave reviews, but I feel like this establishment needs some feedback. Every time I go they’re running low on all their food, especially the fajita veggies. They’re usually out and not even started on cooking a new batch, as service workers when you see a food running low fill it up as soon as you can. As for the guacamole you’re charging almost 3 dollars to add guacamole to your bowls with that being said the scoop size that you’re giving people should be at least worth the money and I don’t want old guacamole that’s halfway brown from sitting out so long! UPDATE: I tried chatting with the link provided by the owner in the past reviews and my chat got closed by the agent. SHAME ON YOU CHIPOTLE. Placed online order. Got to Chipotle and a rude worker with bleached hair with blue and red in it told me they were closed and I had to contact management for a refund… while there were people in the store. Couldn’t get a refund so I turned around and when I got back… she was at the front serving walk in people. I get your system is down but be Forreal. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 8 years it’s not that hard to get it together. I then waited in line with about 8 people having the same issue as me. Every single person got helped before me, I was blatantly ignored. People coming in twenty minutes after me got helped before me. In the end, I waited there from 11:50 to 1:45. I only got my food when I MYSELF went up to the cashier stand wrote down my order after grabbing receipt paper and a pen and gave it to the first worker that looked my way. While this was happening I WAS HELPING OTHER PEOPLE GET THEIR ORDERS. As the team was not shouting names just stacking them on the rack even though there was many people that had been waiting. Extremely unacceptable. Shame on the girl who turned me away then served everyone else while she refused to acknowledge me. With that being said I was very polite to the staff and only got rude looks and being ignored from her. There was about THIRTY PEOPLE. That I counted that had walk in orders that got there after me and were served before me. If the app had allowed me to cancel the order I would have but I could not. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not the worst place to eat in town always vary consistent with the food and the service. The lines not to long for the most part and the get you out pretty quick when they don't have alot of grubhub orders . It's pretty much like any place they take care of them first if they have alot going on. But other then that the treat you pretty well an do what they can . I like to get the steak burrito it's always pretty good an it's always pretty bit. You can most the time get 2 meals out of it . I love chipotle. I always have. No complaints about the quality of food. But when you get in line with 2 people in front of you, and you leave with your food 30 minutes later, I do not love that. This chipotle caters to online orders in an extreme fashion. How dare I walk in to order? Is how I’m left feeling. I watched an enormous amount of online of door dash orders created in front of me while I stand at the counter. Would it be so hard to work 1 burrito in while filling these orders? I guess it would. To top it off. After my food was prepared, Im left standing at the register for another 5 minutes, just waiting to pay. And chips? Oh, no chips. As I depart I see a line wrapping out the door behind me. Those folks about to get the same treatment. I love the food, hands down. I went in here to get a burrito like I’ve done plenty times in the past , when I went to go sit down to eat my food I immediately noticed how badly my burrito was wrapped I couldn’t even hold it cus everything was falling out let alone take a bite . I know they were busy so I politely went up there and asked for them to double wrap my burrito and said I wasn’t trying to be rude or cause inconvenience and the worker was saying it wouldn’t make a difference if they double wrapped it and that he basically couldn’t do anything about my burrito so I asked if they can remake it , after going back n forth with this man they eventually start to remake it . Now it was an older lady it was no longer the young man making my burrito , which I assume she was the manger she didn’t even try wrapping my burrito she was .2 seconds in when she said she wasn’t going to be able to wrap it because of the sauce I had and I told her i never had this problem before if she can double wrap it and she had the NASTIEST ATTITUDE while I was being polite the whole time . She said “well are you gonna pay extra “ and just trying to argue with me , obviously I’ve been insisting this whole time for a double wrap , I was so angry I could cry . I asked for a refund because they were basically telling me they COULDNT WRAP MY BURRITO ???? That’s literally your job I was confused and upset they had attitude and they were so slow with it . I’m sure if she would have actually TRIED or put less portions or even asked if she can put my sauce on the SIDE she could’ve easily wrapped it , but i swear I’ve never had a problem like this at chipotle before it was so strange . I just wanted a burrito I could bite into . THATS ALL I WANTED . IF YOURE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR JOB THEN FIND ANOTHER ONE . It is literally YOUR JOB to wrap burritos . The workers do their best when they get busy but every time I order from the app and even pay extra you just don’t get as much anymore. Prices went up but you get less, I really love the bowls but I won’t be coming back for a long time. Service Take out Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
