Stopped by Saturday night to grab dinner. They were out of steak, which was disappointing. Had to switch it up, which is fine. But there were out of sour cream as well. I didn’t see that they had lettuce so I assumed that was out. They add more right after they finished wrapping my burrito, so that was my fault for not asking. The service was also really slow. *only leaving this review because of how bad my experience was* Arrived at this location for lunch with my wife and 3 kids around 1:30pm. Upon walking in I immediately recognized how filthy the place was. The floor was disgusting and nearly all tables were dirty. When I was ordering our food, nearly all of the food containers were at the bottom (they weren’t busy while I was there). After paying and receiving our food, we were informed that the restaurant was out of forks and only had spoons and knives. Considering we ordered bowls, it was very difficult to eat. We ordered a regular size fountain drink and the drink station was filthy and missing lids for a regular size. Whoever manages this location needs to be trained or fired, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a chipotle and we will never go back. Considering the number of recent one star reviews recently, this place needs serious attention! Love Chipotle and visit it frequently! This location however has been quite bad a couple times now. Most recently we went in and they were out of chicken, peppers, salsas and guac. Had to wait wait 15 minutes because they were also out of other meats besides the Vegan option, so we waited for the chicken to be done. The counter top was very dirty and had food everywhere. Staff was not friendly and acted annoyed. Ended up getting home and my husband's chicken bowl he ordered didn't even have chicken in it. I've placed multiple orders through the app, especially because they're "only digital" for some odd reason. 3 times in a row, the order has been completely wrong. Today I received my bag, missing the drink, and someone else's food was inside of my labeled bag. I didn't eat any of the food inside because it isn't what I ordered and contained ingredients I won't eat. It's a shame that this Chipotle has a pattern of poor service and unflavored food. Restaurant is reported to Department of Public Health & Environment. I usually like Chipotle but the food at this store tastes different in bad way. I visited this store 3 times because there are not another one close to the my work. The food and restaurant got worst in time. The staff act annoying and I do not even mention about how restaurant and grills dirty but just check the recent views. Some foods inside the trays are mixed each other. This has been the 4th time since I have been SUPER disappointed in this chipotle location. I have completed an online order and each time it’s been completely wrong. In this photo you will see 4 small pieces of steak in my quesadilla. I am a loyalty customer and have received rewards multiple times. If you get chipotle, DO NOT order from this store. Do not give them more then 2, 3, or 4 more chances. Do not make the same mistake I did. Service Take out

Arrived at 830pm and was refused steak and cheese due to being out of the item. Location doesn’t close till 10pm. This is the 4th time they’ve gotten our order wrong. We will not order from here again. I was missing sides, got a quarter bag of chips, and my husband’s steak burrito had no steak.
