Very slow staff. Unsanitary. Unsatisfactory. 4/5 licenses are expired. The only one up to date is the sales tax. Of course!

This chipotle literally never has my pickup order ready, what is the point of ordering ahead regardless the amount of time if it’s never ready??? I’ve given this location too many chances and it never change's. TLDR if you want to eat your food on your break don’t order from here cause you ain’t getting it. While in a long line. A customer ahead of me was greeted by a employee who was also a friend. She explained to the friend while in line that she would get the bowl for free. Now when I went to pay for my bowl I asked if I could get mine for free since I thought that's how it worked demonstrated by the employee before. Anyways I didn't get my bowl for free. And was informed that if you know someone that is working you can get one... BRING BACK THE CARDS! Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I went to chipotle today for my mobile order and then when I went inside I asked the employee there for my order and then they said they don’t know so I asked to speak to a manager witch was then told that they don’t have one so I was told to call 1800- Chipotle so then I started to chat with peperchat I waited 40 minutes to a hour for my food then and a manager came out and fixed my order and got it fixed but the way that employe acted was very unprofessional Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes Large Queso & Large Chips

I don’t know if anyone who reads this is a Chipotle fan or not…. I use to be a huge fan, but the food quality and items became very inconsistent and I quit getting Chipotle. I have seen the advertisement’s on television about the upgrade in quality of ingredients and newer items - I must say that the food is so much better than I remember in the past 3-4 years that I haven’t eaten their food. Everything tasted fresh and crisp. I got the grilled steak bowl and woofed it down quickly. I will be a regular at Chipotle again. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. I came in for lunch on 10/14 around 1 PM. The two people working the line were friendly enough. After paying I asked the cashier for my receipt, he said he threw it away. I asked if he could print another one. He gave me an annoyed look and started angrily punching in numbers on the register. There had been a rude customer in front of me, so maybe he was a bit flustered, but if you made the mistake of throwing my receipt away without asking if I wanted it, don’t get annoyed with me, that’s on you. All of the table in the dining area were dirty and covered with food and trash and there were boxes blocking the napkins and drink dispenser. They’re in need of some help at this location. Even though we order online and we ask for the extra, we don’t get the extra this is a sham I will never order from these people again I can never get a order right from them ever this time I ordered extra rice I did not get extra rice I ordered extra beans. Staff on the line were friendly, but unable to answer basic questions. Manager had an attitude for having to come out of the office for two very simple questions. 1st question could I just get a side of Rice, beans and chicken? 2nd question do I have to scan twice to get my reward and my points? And the cherry on top is that my 2 kids, my husband and i all got food poisoning and this ruined our vacation as we spend 2.5 out of 5 days stuck in the hotel. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

(Edit: I drove 1.4 mi down the street to the other chipotle and got everything I wanted.) 6:00 pm, prime dinner time.. think they’d be prepared.. but no. One person making people’s meals, one person standing at check out, one person cleaning rice off the counter and acting like there’s nobody else in line.. 5 people in line behind the guy who’s in the middle of making his meal. No white rice, no salad dressing (ok that’s fine it’s typical of chipotle), but then none of the protein choice I wanted.. no prep for dinner rush and nobody seems to care abt their jobs here. I wouldn’t recommend Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
