This Chipotle is awful! It is so filthy! The service is terrible! The whole joint is disgusting 🤮 All the tables are dirty! The poor chef is overwhelmed! The cashier is clueless! I would never ever recommend coming here! Please be aware this place is so gross! Hopefully it gets shut down! Store employee put old rice in a new batch. I request the fresh rice which was out. She heard my request rolled her eyes and put the old rice in new batch. Store is dirty, no clean tables available. Look at this salad! The amount of liquid in the bottom is ridiculous and I didn’t get any dressing. Which would have at least covered up this soggy mess of a “salad!” Then their tortilla warmer is broken so they aren’t making burritos! This location is consistently terrible. This location needs help. Bad. They are always out of items. They cater to online orders so the people in line in store are usually waiting a long time while they prioritize online orders. Today, they were out of ALL proteins, fajitas and white rice. I understand if you run out of an item, but having no other options and having to wait 15 is not cool. I saw them make a new rice batch and they said, oh no, that's for online orders. Wow. So, I was told I had to wait 15 min for protein and fajitas. How are they not managing the food levels and start the cooking process before items are completely out?? This location is the nearest one to me but time after time they disappoint me. My husband couldn't even chew the steak, it was so bad. Guacamole doesn't taste the same, hot salsa tasted sour like it was bad. I submitted feedback to Chipotle corporate, they need a ton of help at this location. Employees don't even look you in the eyes, they look miserable and like you're bothering them by ordering food. I'm guessing no one at Chipotle HQ reads these reviews. This location is so bad that we drive to one 10 minutes further when we want a burrito. I would rattle off complaints, but they've already been said. Send a secret shopper 3 hours before they close. Half of the usual portion, IF they even have what you want (apparently they don't make any more food after 7, even when there's a line) but they don't charge you half the price. This place is a joke. The worst service at a Chipotle. I asked for a small amount of sour cream. When the guy went to put a huge second spoonful, I spoke up. He then scooped the extra sour cream ( with pieces of chicken in it ) and returned it to the bin on the line. I use to be in the service industry and said to him ....you can't do that, you have to pull the sour cream. He just shrugged his shoulders. I then said something to the cashier and he did nothing. I was honestly blown away. 3 employees and not 1 cared about the product, the service or proper food handling. I expect more from the Chipotle brand then others, this was eye opening. Food was ok. Staff looked MISERABLE. We were in line waiting, placing my kiddos order, and the person skipped over my husband and myself for ordering and went to the lady behind us. They were out of rice, which my kiddo was ok with getting something different, so that was not a huge deal, but, I was surprised that a staple item was not being filled. When we got to the register to pay for their meals, it felt like they were holding our food hostage until the payment cleared. I was clearly angry at how the situation in the line played out, and the cashier could care less. Once my payment processed, she gave a thumbs up to the guy that was beside her, and he gave us their food. That whole situation was uncomfortable, especially since we rarely visit this location, or any Chipotle, for that matter. I placed an order for my husband and myself on the app, and by the time we got our food, the kids were finishing up. The food was fine. I just won’t visit this location again. Whomever runs this place doesn’t appear to care for their staff if they look and act that miserable. I feel sorry for them.
