Very friendly and nice staff and joyful atmosphere. The food is good generally, but the stake I ordered was good as well, but I can not say it was the best stake in town!

Chipotle Chicken
Excellent service. Good vibes. Crispy honey chipotle is a family favourite.
Ordered chicken crispers this time, too. It was undercooked, unfortunately. The manager and staff were so upset and provided excellent service. We were served a replacement dish and were asked to check the chicken again. It was the same. Chicken crispers is a Chilis classis and we've tried it across different locations over several years. But there must be something today-- perhaps the chicken was veey cold while the oil very hot, which would cook it from the outside and undercook it from the inside.
Overall, I would eat Chilis every day!

I recently dined at Chili's and while there were some aspects of my experience that were enjoyable, I must say that I was disappointed with the preparation of their steaks. The main issue I encountered was that the steaks were not cooked to order, bland and seemed rushed. When I inquired about the steaks, the staff's excuse was that they were busy.
On a positive note, the wings and nachos at Chili's were excellent. I particularly recommend trying the Mango Habanero wings. They had a delicious blend of sweet and spicy flavors that really hit the spot. The wings were cooked perfectly and the sauce was tangy and flavorful. The nachos were also a standout, with a generous amount of toppings and a satisfying crunch.
However, despite the enjoyable wings and nachos, the disappointment of the poorly cooked steaks and bland flavors overshadowed the overall experience. When dining out, one expects the food to be prepared according to their preferences, especially when it comes to steaks. It was disheartening to hear that the subpar preparation was due to the restaurant being busy.

Restaurants have to learn to adjust the music volume for the number of patrons. There were very few customers eating in, and the music was VERY loud. It puts a damper on a nice night out when you can barely talk to the people at your table.
The appetizer was delicious (we got the triple take with crispy chicken, mozzarella sticks, and onion petals, with 3 different sauces). The main dishes (chicken enchiladas and a big-mouth birger) were good and a lot of food - we brought home leftovers.
The kids' meal alfredo pasta was meh. You can tell that they don't do much pasta - the pasta was a bit too firm, the sauce tasted like an obvious jarred sauce, and the dish was barely room temp when it arrived on the table. The kids' meal burger was good. The kids' sides of fries were good, but the corn on the cob was a bit overcooked.
Overall, the food was generally good, service was good (although it was the first time in a long time that we had 2 empty soda cups on the table without being asked for refills until some time later), but the music, while good songs, was too loud.
