Food was amazing, taste and freshness. Service was just great, the waitress cared about us but no annoying or asking every time. The most beautiful thing was the lava Cake dessert, probably the best I ever have tried. In general I’ll be back for sure! I order from chilis frequently. There’s been a handful of times when things are wrong with my order. Nothing to major but the last 2 times we have ordered our burger has been raw on the inside. The last order I made sure to put WELL DONE. When getting home & the order starts to get eaten it’s completely pink mush inside. So there goes a 19 dollar burger meal down the drain. I was upset this time so I actually called & spoke with John about it & he did take care of the problem for me which I did appreciate. I’m not the biggest fan but my kids love it. They have good course meal deals. My daughter loves their steak and mash. U can get free dip and chips when u sign up for their loyalty program. Used to be great unfortunately seems to have slipped in food service. Waitstaff is usually nice, but for some reason lately waitstaff looks like they’re forced to be there which can be a sign of management issues. Hopefully things will get better and yes prices are getting outrageous so now is the time and opportunity to create the best customer hospitality experience in town! Food still tastey but portion sizes shrinking dramatically. Chicken meals used to come with 5 big strips and a corn on the cob. Now the corn is gone and you get 3 small strips of chicken. The prices have also gone up. Charging more and giving less is a not a recipe for repeat business. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Out of towner here ! We stopped by last night after with family after a wake . I just wanted to shout out the staff including the host and our server Noelle . We had our 93 year old Great Aunt with us. They were so patient , kind, and accommodating to her. She had never been to a chilis before and they took wonderful care and our server was so sweet to her . Thank you so much! Spent almost 30 minutes at the bar waiting for the bartender to acknowledge me for a beverage. There were only 6 people so it shouldn't have taken nearly so long. Especially since she walked by me no less than 6 times. Worst service I have ever experienced Service: 1

the service completely horrible, the waitresses had no charisma at all and to complete the bad experience I touched a hair in my fries I hadn't even eaten a third of what I ordered, my boyfriend didn't let me make the claim out of shame but definitely not we will return more to that place. we left and no one ever came up to complain or tell them to be more careful in the kitchen. there were also dirty tables it looked disgusting Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

We been going to this store every week, today we decide to order online since one of my kid is sick, so we place order through Uber eat and spend about $124! We waited about an hour and half and Uber eat cancel my order due anther driver picked up my order by mistake and when Uber eat showed up nothing was there!! So my problem is if the store decides to do service online THEY MUST MAKE SURE THE RIGHT ORDER GOES TO THE RIGHT DRIVER !!! Since this is not small order from a small store, this is a full meals for families!!! That just my opinion Service Delivery Price per person $100+
