Do not get To-ago from this location. Our order had an appetizer salad and a side salad. Neither one of these is worth $6. The to-go stand took forever to get service. We had to get the host at the stand for seating people and then they paged the To-Go order person. Then, they still took a while to get there again to help us. No tip left. My husband and I went here for lunch when we were visiting Traverse City. Our server Ashley was amazing! She went above and beyond, even had a salad 🥗 specialty made for us that was no longer available. I have to say the A/C was on a little high and it was pretty cool in the restaurant. My husband is on blood thinners and was cold. She came back with a hot chocolate for him. I thought that was so sweet! Our meal was very good too! Thx Ashley 🥰 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Atmosphere was good. Food was good as always. Staff was nice. Overall. Good place to eat. Will be back again Update 3-5-23: Came back and the inside of the restaurant was unbelievably cold. The whole experience was horrible. But, let's back up. My sister and I went about a month ago, the whole experience was awful. I decided to give it a second chance, it was just as bad the second time.It took what seemed like forever for our drinks, our main course came out before our appetizer, which was not even correct. When we were finally able to find our server to let him know it was incorrect, he said he would figure out what happened, then disappeared and didn't return again until we were finished eating. He asked how everything was and I asked about our wings. He said he'd go check and about ten minutes after that, someone brought us out wings. We asked for a box,never got one, waited fifteen minutes and just left. I gave them a second chance and it was just as horrible as the first. I will not be back. The wait wasn't too bad, as the host Michael is wonderfully entertaining and charismatic. Potato soup was pretty good. As was the mini fudge ice cream. The shrimp tacos were lacking flavor, maybe needed lime or some seasoning. I wish your server was the one who brought food, as you really don't interact much with them if they don't. This was an over all good experience. Really reasonable meal combos too! Prices have increases and portions have decreased slightly. The food and drinks are delicious and the wait time is very short, unfortunately the service is bare minimum. Our waitress took our order and that was it, someone else brought out the food and we waited for more drinks and boxes but within the hour we spent there she never came back. Lots of the workers sit in a group laughing loudly while ignoring the tables. They walk right past you and ignore you while acting annoyed they have to do their job. I always go in and eat but wanted to try their To-Go $9 lunch meal. Food was packaged nicely and tasted really good. The only complaint is I placed my order a few hours before pickup and checked in when I got there and had to wait 20 minutes until I finally called them and they said my order has been ready they forgot to bring it out.

After 2 hours of being there we still didn't have food. Our glasses were empty and only seen our server one time. We ended up getting our food to go. The food was great even warmed up,just wish I could have eaten it hot.. I might give it another try but not any time soon.
