For more than a dozen years, this Chili's location has been my absolute favorite location. We've gone here countless times and I can count on one hand how many issues we've ever had with our food, all of which were met with prompt apologies and correction. The service is always spot on, the food is always hot and delicious, and the restaurant is always clean. Tonight was no exception. Since my boys were just little toddlers (now teenagers), Chili's has always been a place we can count on for a delicious family friendly meal that was easy on the wallet. From one of Google's top 10% ranked globally in restaurant reviewers I have to say I used to go to this restaurant when I was in my twenties and it's still standing. The staff is unbelievable and the food has completely upgraded. Even the presentation of it when it gets to the table is amazing it looks just like the menus works of art. Came in late to meet up with some friends, and despite dropping in at odd hours of the night, our bartender Bella was SUPER attentive and sociable with us. The food was great and she assured we got our food before the kitchen closed. It's been awhile since I had this good service with a chain restaurant. Definitely will be coming back! Fun for the kids lots of TV sets. Plenty of parking. Easy to see right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Northport and Dix Hills area. Friendly Staff. Clean facilities. Plenty of families eating here. Not long waits. Daily food and drink specials. Reasonably priced. Public Restrooms. We will definitely be going back..

The food and staff were great during my visit to this chilis. Our waiter, Chris was personable and attentive throughout our meal. The manager was very friendly when she came over to check on our meal. I would highly recommend visiting!
