First time at this location, and it was to be expected, busy. No worries there as we were expecting that. Initially it took some time for us to be acknowledged at the table bit then the waitress came around. Drinks took longer then herring our food as there was only 1 bartender on. Saturday night and packed. Our waitress finally became personable but looking around, no employees had a smile and what seemed to be the manager just looked lost and not very engaging

Friendly staff and our waitress Leilani was great. One of the best burgers ever and good fries. I had the 3 for me Just Bacon Burger with bowl of chili with fries. Great deal. My wife had the lunch combo half order chicken ranch quesadillas. Very good 👍.

The food was great. Th waitress and servers were all very friendly and laid back. For the most part, food and drinks came promptly. They were accomodating and all staff helped eachother out . It was definitely team oriented . It was clean, and everyone was helping clearing tables, etc.
Cons: It was very noisy/loud. It's hard to have a conversation. Staff and people were running all over the place, so i could see an accident waiting to happen, especially by the doorway to the kitchen. It's not the greatest if you're looking to have a "romantic dinner date" with your significant other.

Upon arrival, we were treated to complimentary chips and salsa, thanks to an app signup offer. The chips, served warm and in generous portions, were a highlight, setting a positive tone for the meal ahead.
Our choice of the Triple Dipper—featuring Big Mouth Bites, Southwest Eggrolls, and Boneless Buffalo Wings—was satisfying. Each item was well-prepared, offering the quintessential Chili’s flavor profile we anticipated. While the food was good, it hovered around the realm of average in terms of taste, reminiscent of the comfort food staples you’d find at chain restaurants like Applebee’s.
The service shone brightly during our visit. The restaurant’s relaxed atmosphere allowed our waitress to provide attentive, prompt, and friendly service. After expressing our enjoyment of the chips, she kindly provided us with an extra portion of chips and salsa to take home, a gesture that was both unexpected and appreciated.
However, when it comes to the atmosphere, Chili’s felt quite average, especially when compared to other dining establishments like Olive Garden, Red Robin, or Fox River Brewing Company. We went there for the first time today for lunch. We waited so long to be served I had to ask someone. My boyfriend got chili but was served baked potato soup instead. He ordered double bacon burger and got burger with no bacon. My sauces were wrong except the ranch. Guacamole was horrible. Had to add my own salt. Just horrible. We definitely won't be going back. Don't waste your money.

Me and my partner were very excited because we both really like Chili's and I've personally had good experiences at the Chili's in Plover. We waited 30 minutes for a table, that's fine. Once we were seated our waitress never showed up, a trainer finally stopped and took our order. Over half our food never came. They sent our appetizer to the wrong table but gave us free chips and salsa and we were reassured that the appetizer was on its way. Again, not by our waitress, but a different guy. The appetizer never showed up. About 15 minutes later my partners boneless wings showed up. At this point we requested to cancel the appetizer as it had already been a long time and I was reassured that my food would be out soon. My food never came. My partners wings got cold while he waited for me to eat. We waited 20-25 minutes and finally just left. Maybe eventually once the hype calms down it'll be ok, but don't waste your time, at least this weekend.

Love the Food!!! They have this crazy “rule” to close sections if a waitress goes home, what…another waitress can’t walk an additional 5 ft and serve people? We come wkly, we’ve seen people every time request a table, are denied and they leave. Bad management.. If you explain it may be a few more minutes if you are short staffed, everyone understands.. This place has more people standing around than most.. Bar staff has always been amazing! Hostess staff needs HUGE improvement…they aren’t the nicest..
BTW… it’s Sunday and the Playoff games are on.. Why would you be preventing people from sitting in your Bar are, wanting to watch the game.. May e the not so busy Hostess could help out??

Y’all need to train your servers to be better at serving tables. You guys make customers wait more than 25 mins to come to them and asks them for drinks and food. It was our first time and very disappointed. Definitely won’t go back anymore.

First off their menu says the burgers are cooked medium well but mine came out pretty pink. I didn't finish it and showed the server who didn't say anything about it. He asked if I wanted a box to which I stated again no it's too pink. He says okay and walked away. I got ungodly sick to my stomach once I got home. My family seemed to enjoy it a little better than me but also weren't feeling great and it wasn't what we heard it would be. Personally I won't be returning.
