Chilis is so so underrated and slept on! I love ordering to go food from here. Always hot and fresh and packaged to stay hot longer. I got a drink tonight and service is amazing. The bartender Rickie was the only server on and she was incredibly efficient and friendly and the spicy margarita she made was amazing, quality ingredients in drink too! I usually don't leave reviews for chain restaurants, but this one "earned" it. The family wanted to go here, but with a few sick in the house, we ordered through their app. And that's where it all went south. 1. The app wouldn't accept payment and said they were not taking online orders. But we tried again, and it was accepted. 2. After an hour, and the App showing the order had not been picked up, we called. They said they were remaking the order and it should be ready to go in 15 mins. 3. An HOUR later (now 2 hours since placing the order), I called again. They said they have the order, but that Door Dash hasn't picked it up yet. I said, I didn't order through Door Dash, we ordered through their App. That's when they told me that Chili's doesn't actually deliver, but they use 3rd party delivery. And unfortunately Door Dash wouldn't let them change drivers, so we have to wait. 4. Given it's been 2 hours, no driver, and almost 8:30 now, I said I wanted to cancel and get a refund. That's when the Manager got on the phone. She explained to me AGAIN that they don't actually deliver, etc... and said Door Dash let us both down. Hungry and angry, I said that we ordered through their app. NOTHING says you use DD or Grub-Hub. So Chili's let me down. Hey Chili's, you should clarify you don't actually deliver and use 3rd parties. You should take accountability when said 3rd Party fails and either call the customer and offer a discount or comp the meal. If I were in your restaurant, waiting for my meal for 2 hours, you certainly would have "made it right". A BIG FAIL. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I gave it 2 stars because the waiter was great. Otherwise, this place gets ZERO stars. The food had so much sodium that I felt my heart pounding out of my chest all night. We had burgers, fries, and the chips and dip appetizer, and it was all a letdown and overpriced for the quality. I should have left when I visited their men's room. You can tell the quality of a restaurant by the condition of the bathroom, and this one was the most disgusting I have ever seen. Layers or dust and stains on the walls, counters, mirror, and toilets like it hadn't ever had a cleaning. The smell of the bathroom was absolutely nauseating, and I would compare it to an outhouse at a park. The waiter was kind, accommodating, and checked in on us frequently. He was the only good thing about the experience. Needless to say, I will never step foot in this disgusting and dirty restaurant ever again. The specific Chili’s provided amazing experience. Most Chili’s are all the same in the restaurants chain business, I do honestly love Chili’s but this one in specific provided an amazing customer experience. Julie was an amazing server/hostess. She made sure that my drinks or water were full the whole time and checked up on me constantly! I know we’re in a time that we’re wearing masks but I could tell she was smiling. The food was good and staggered perfectly with my appetizer! My water and drink stayed full the entire time! If you’re going to take your family out to a Chili’s, make sure it’s this one!

Geat deal on a decent dinner! We paid a few dollars less for the exact meals we were already considering, and got to add a drink and app, each. Good prices, mellow atmosphere, attentive service!
