We went to Chili’s on Halloween evening because no one wanted to unload the dishwasher. We left Chili’s perfectly satisfied, spent hardly any money, got to see Elvis, and still have full load of clean dishes that no one wants to bother with. The following is a subjective review of our visit to Chili’s at 1500 Boston Post Rd. in Milford, CT. The Food: We split a cheeseburger with fries, a basket of chips and salsa, a side salad and ordered two beverages. It was all delicious. The burger was cooked just right, fries were hot and fresh, even the tortilla chips were good. Thin and crispy. The best part was that all this food and drink cost us well under $20. The Service: We were seated prompted by the hostess and our server Katie was great. Courteous and attentive, Katie took our order and got us our meal quickly. We even got to go drinks and an extra order of chips and salsa bagged up for a midnight snack. Good job Katie, thank you so much! The Atmosphere: Look, If you’re coming to Chili’s and expect to receive a Michelin Guide fine dining experience, you’ve come to the wrong place . That’s not what this is, it’s Chili’s. The flatware comes in a brown wax paper sleeve. The atmosphere was perfectly fine for what it is. Oh, and there was guest dressed up like Elvis. The Bottom Line: If you need a quick meal at an exceptional price, someplace to relax and enjoy a drink, or just don’t feeling like doing the dishes tonight, Chili’s is a great place to visit. Service was good or waitress was very polite and attentive. It was a Friday night so it was busy but wasnt a bad wait time for the food ., but overall we had a good time. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I used to come to Chili's very often, but things started to change. Margaritas were not the same, which was one of the reasons I love the place. Not only that, but food and service decline greatly. After may be 3 years I return and although we had good drinks and wings the rest was ok. The lettuce of my salad was oxidized brown edges, the chips were shining on oil we had to pick and choose which to eat. I think I will keep it on my "only if you are desperate" list of restaurants. What can I Say about this Chili's location other than they're Awesome! Service is always great, environmentally friendly for everyone, and the food is delicious! Literally everything we ordered was fantastic! Their burgers are awesome as well to top it off, if you're looking to be completely satisfied look no further! Only complaint is that their selection is so good you're going to end up stuffing yourself! Lol

Have not been to Chili’s in a very long time. Comfort food in a comfortable setting. Beer was a little flat but queso at Chilis never disappoints. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I haven’t eaten at Chili’s in well over a decade. I went here on a lark as it was the first place I ever drank at a bar at 18 (life was simpler then in 1995). Food was surprisingly good. Guacamole was the best I’d had in a restaurant in some time and they served a lot of it. Service was friendly. Prices were similar to other independently owned restaurants, so there is that. This is no longer a big bar hangout place. If there was any complaint, the decor was dated and there were a lot of children here. I never would have imagined Chili’s as a family restaurant, but times are changing! This was definitely our last visit to a Chilis. The ambience has never been particularly cozy, typical family restaurant. But at least the food was always good. Now our favorite dish was taken off the menu, the ordered food did not meet our expectations. Price performance fits in my opinion also no longer. We got there shortly after 3 pm and decided to sit at a high top in the bar area, the bartender motioned to us she would be over shortly, my wife and I ordered our drinks from the drink menu we found buried in the stack of menu's in the holder on the table. I ordered a 'Santa Stach' that was supposed to come with a special mustache straw (never got one). I overheard the bartender complaining to other servers at the bar about being behind in her side work while other older customers waited almost 10 minutes for their check and were presented with the electronic kiosk, they didn't understand how to use it and it seemed to irritate the bartender. My food did arrive in a timely manner but was by no means hot. I ordered a pick 3 with ribs, cold and soggy fries and over cooked brisket quesadillas, we asked for sour cream 2 separate times before it finally arrived, by this time my vaguely warm meal was not worth eating, my wife got up and got to go containers on a station nearby we paid with our kiosk and left.
