So on Sunday afternoon went to gold spot chicken licken to buy 24 wings i get home trying to snack only to find out the wings i bought wasn't in a good state then on Tuesday after after from work had to go back home get wings take a taxi to gold spot to take back the, the reason i couldn't take them back on Monday i came out very late at work even on Tuesday i came out late but I tried to bring them back, so while I was at chicken licken talking to the manager her response was so very very rude she told me i wont get what im here to claim for i even spoke to the supervisor whom called Pinky her response was the same, they even said I'm the first person to come and complain about their food which is a lie... I bought wings on Sunday, and they were not properly cooked and fried, and I could taste the flour and on top of that when I went to the store to tell them about my issue they gave me attitude, so I am not happy. What a terrible experience, imagine craving for hot wings just to be told that the card machine doesn't accept Capitec Bank cards. I am disappointed, disgusted but mostly embarrassed by how I was told the shocking news. Your staff lack customer care and have no sense of communicating such a technical issue. I'm hoping that you actually take this matter seriously and urgently, not everyone is comfortable with walking around with cash and not everyone banks with the same bank. Service: 1

Worst service ever,got there at 08H58am. They said they open at 9H00am. Cool,i waited outside for 9am. When they finally opened,the guy takes my order after 5min of counting his coins he then asks if i don't have cash. I say no,he then commands me to go and withdraw money.The attitude of the staff there👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 Without any explanation as to why, was so pissed. I've visited this Chicken Licken numerous times l, and unfortunately, all experiences left much to be desired. The primary issue was the inconsistent quality of the chicken – it tasted off on most occasions. Hoping for a better outcome, I gave it a more trys since its closer to where I stay, only to find myself returning the dish due to the same disappointing flavor. Regrettably, the dissatisfaction extended beyond the food. The service was consistently subpar, contributing to an overall unpleasant food experience. It's disheartening when a restaurant falls short in both the culinary and service departments. I sincerely hope Chicken Licken takes customer feedback seriously and works on addressing these issues. Service - I give it 10/10. I always get the best service here and that's why I keep coming back. Chicken - It used to be the best Chicken Licken in town, I dont know what changed. It is now salty and not spicy. The salt is just too much and it takes away ubumnandi. We want inyama ebabayo not salty. Please look into.
