I think because it was pensioners and grant day it was quite hectic. But the staff was really friendly and helpful. I did enjoyed my time there however

The store does not have enough space hance it's always packed. It has to accommodate people coming to buy and those waiting for their orders, not to mention those who wants to have a sit in. We were not assisted even though the doors were opened about 10 customers were send back without buying as they were preparing to close at about 20:00 to me that was so unprofessional as other fast food restaurants were operating and serving clients I'm so disappointed don't think will ever go to Tsakane mall chicken licken Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Their fried meat is good especially that it has less fat, they just need to control salt. Maybe the spices they use have too much salt. They must look at that. Then the cleanliness... They must make sure that they keep high level of hygiene. They must sweep and mop the floor to chase flies away. When the floor is dirty because of chips and left over food not cleared off the tables or on the floor, that cause files to flock in.
