I gave two stars due to the fact I ordered from Uber eats, and I order a biscuit. This biscuit bout as hard as a brick my dog didn’t even won’t eat it when I tried to feed it to em smh. Please do better. Let’s not get on this watered down mac and cheese either that looks like a two year old made it. Disgusting 🤮. Smh. Arrived to place an order in Drive-thru, I placed my order for an 8-piece mixed meal,the young lady that took my order, she let me know that the only pieces they had were basically all they had were assorted but not a complete 8 piece,I asked if I could get the chicken cooked fresh, whomever the manager was said something to her in a language that I don't speak, but I understood pollo,and it made her nervous so I didn't want to be in an awkward position, also ordered 9 piece gizzards,okra ,arrived back home and the only 2⃣ things fresh were the gizzards and fries and we didn't get our okra,I think paying $36.24,is a lot not to get your monies worth, I'm hoping that this problem doesn't happen to anyone else!! I’m on the fence about the food. The most recent trip through their drive thru for me was 15 minutes until they closed. The food was bad. Nothing was fresh, which is understandable. But this food was obviously sitting under the heat lamps for hours. I was disappointed that I spent $20 and THAT was what was served to me. Firing the daytime hours, it’s always been on point, which is why I went there the other night. They gave us half spicy half original i had asked for original. They also forgot my fries. When i called they asked me to bring the food back and they would replace it. When they charged extra for dipping bbq sauce, 6 pc tender, 3 of each tender was overcooked to be be tuff! They didn’t put my French fries on my platter, when I asked for my FF’s they women in back yelled loud enough for me to hear, check his table, check his receipt to be sure he paid for them!! One thing about this location…they’re gonna forget your side! Especially if you go through the drive through! Other than that bummer when you arrive home and look forward to dinner, the food was fresh. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

Sad to say that this is not the place to visit!!! My meal consist of the three chicken strips and mashed potatoes and a roll with gravy and I was served three strips this size and this is the last chicken strip and I still have an entire cup of gravy that apparently they want me to drink and not dip my strip in . It’s sad to say this place is not the place to go to . Years ago they use to know how to take care of a customer, I hope things improve in the near future or maybe management needs to be reevaluated!!! Sadly I will not return.

The meat was well cooked and crispy. The flavor wasn’t the best I ever had not the worse, just average. The side of mashed potatoes was desperately lacking gravy.... really is sad when you can see fast food mashed potatoes.
