I went in the evening for something simple Chicken Noodle Soup. It was brought to my attention they were out of it and I was not too happy about it considering I was ordering something I thought simple compared to a big order. I did leave but called back and spoke to the manager I wish I remembered his name but maybe it was Zach the store or evening manager. He told me the situation of how it has to be thawed out but did have some left. I went back to the store he brought it out to my car and free of charge. I thought that was so cool and nice of him to help. A lot of places nowadays especially after the pandemic customer service seemed to become a thing of the past, places close early, items out of stock etc. It's nice to know there are still good people out there to try and help. The people working here are pleasant and efficient in getting orders out quickly. I did not have any problems with my order. The meal I had was very hot and delicious! obviously the food quality is good but it would be even better if they gave me the correct order. i went back to order again and was told a manager would talk to me at the drive thru since they messed up my order. when i got to the window i was told to pay for my meal without ever getting to talk to a manager. i guess the manager decided i needed to pay for THEIR mistake. This particular location don't care about their employees and have texts to prove it a Christian establishment I think not so we call corporate and they said they won't do anything about it not only do they talk bad to underage minors there was even an instance where the manager laid his hands on my daughter and they still had her working with him. Think twice before going there and letting your kids work for a company like that. #EVIL Atmosphere: 1

I like this restaurant a lot but for some reason my fries are not as fresh when I go for dinner. No complaints at Lunch! Food always fresh and hot! Very attentive personnel. Food Quality and Customer Service are Top-Notch. The Location, Traffic, and Parking can be frustrating. Usually this location is fast, but during a rush (especially at lunch) traffic and the line can get ridiculous. The good news is that regardless of how busy they are, they are always organized, clean, and serve high quality food! My last trip there after the remodel, I spent 30 minutes line during a lunch rush. But the food was worth the wait!

I normally have a pretty good experience besides how slow they are at this location but, the food did not taste the same today. They didn’t add my ranch to my order so I had to eat dry chicken strips and I’m not sure what they expected my son to eat his ice cream with because they didn’t provide a spoon.
