I came home extremely tired after a day of work and decided to order a Meal 7 on Doordash. The sandwich arrived with something strange inside. There were 30 dollars thrown in the trash. Went in on my break cashier was excellent but had to wait for my milkshake finally when it comes up I have a spoon full of whip cream and no cherry so when asked I was told their were no cherries left and the guy just walked off so had to go to a different worker and ask for more whip cream which I got but he decided to spray whip cream all over the top and now I got my cherry which magically appeared and was told that they were restocking them when mine was made. Received cold French fries and the response time to curbside pick up is horrible. I placed my order 30 mins prior to arriving and still had to wait over 20 mins to receive my food. I used the app to “order ahead” for breakfast. I ordered around 10:13am their breakfast ends at 10:30. Rather than beginning the order when i actually put the order in they wait until I arrive. However they still ask you to put in your car details. The whole point of ordering online or through the app is to actually order ahead so it is ready when I arrive. I got to the drive thru at 10:28. Did not get to a person until 10:33. She had her manager come out to explain what I already knew happened. I asked what is the point of ordering on the app? What is the difference between ordering on the app vs just going through the drive thru? Her response “you can ask corporate about that, breakfast is over” I’ve given this chic fil a my business for years and this is non sense. Literally it makes no sense. Corporate, what is going on? Feb 03 2024. My wife ordered a large chicken noodle soup and chicken nuggets, I ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken wrap. Not even 20 minutes after both of us ate, we both had to immediately use the bathroom with a serious case of diarrhea. This is the third time in the last couple of months that eating food at this location has caused immediate diarrhea. We had hoped the previous times were just a misfortune, because we love Chick-fil-A, but this is it for us. We are no longer going to eat at this Chick-fil-A because there is an obvious problem with their food or environment that is causing this. If there is anyone else that has suffered this issue at this location I hope you will speak up in a review. Unless you want a bad case of diarrhea, don’t eat here. Ive been to this location 3 times since arriving in chuck town. My only suggestion is that it's probably quicker to order through drive-thru than doing mobile pickup. Even checking in early has yielded a wait. The second trip I only ordered a fruit cup and a drink and was still waiting upwards of 10 minutes. Ordered ahead for pick up, seems like all the Chick-fil-A's in SC have long lines all the time. This one was no different, but my food was still out to me at curbside hot and delicious within minutes. The employee was friendly and I observed her smiling and joking with another employee, which tells me it's likely a good place to work too. Out of two orders, one was right, and one was wrong. It's right on the receipt but not in the bag. You think you would know the difference between a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and chicken strips! I'm sure it was just an oversight. The food is still delicious, and the service is still quick. Just add a check to the bagging process. I tried the Chick-fil-A Cauliflower Sandwich and it's a pretty good veggie option for a quick meal on the go. I think it is smart of Chick-fil-A to stick with a simple approach to the sandwich- it's basically a brined and breaded piece of cauliflower, but it definitely has some flavor to it; it is a bit pickley and a little spicy. According to their website: it is marinated, breaded with a signature seasoning, pressure-cooked, and served on a toasted buttery bun with two dill pickle chips.
