This Chick Fil A just underwent a remodel. Looks much more professional and tidy! My only complaints. This chick fil a is either a hit or miss. They will screw up your order somehow or you’ll get the occasional coworker who’s had a bad day. The line can get very congested. You can’t park up against the building during peak hours - but there’s a whole shopping center right across the street with plenty of spaces. The dirtiest Chick-fil-A life ever seen! The bathrooms were dirty. The condiment station is dirty. The tables weren’t being cleaned. Behind the counter looked untidy and needing cleaned. The employees were talking to each other and ignoring customers.

Certain staff members are very unprofessional and disrespectful. Stop hiring immature little kids to do this type of work. I ordered something the other day and this kid gave me and my family an attitude, for no reason. If you don't like taking orders ,quit the job, stop making customers feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I will not tolerate this type of behavior. This is the second time I have an issue with this location. I will never visit this location ever again. Customers beware. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Regardless of location or state, Chick-fil-a never disappoints. The entire service delivery system is a marvel of speed, efficiency and customer delight. That is other than them being closed on Sunday which I get and respect their right to follow their religious beliefs. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They put the yellow posts up to keep you from driving too close to the building and then instead of coming out their drive up door (no longer a window) they make you get out of your car to make you pay and get your food. Last time I came up in the afternoon they were more than happy to come out of the drive up door. Guess the manager running the drive thru was having a bad morning. I love this location and I love the food. I always come here. But today there was a girl with pink fluffy hair outside working the drive thru. Gave me attitude and messed up my order. Absolutely mixing up her out of work attitude with her customer service. There is a time and place. Learn it. I’ve worked customer service for 5 years now so I get it, but she needs to learn manners. Always great. However, not having the lobby open really creates issues for those of us in motorcycles. Hard to hold clutch and brake, get payment and receive food while staying upright and still. Not to mention it’s hard to hear over the sound of the motor…,without loud pipes.
