This is the worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. The wait is long. My order is always wrong. The quality is sub par. My chicken on the egg white breakfast sandwich was the size of a nugget. The muffin was burnt. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

****In response***** By the 1 star, my order was not resolved. Please read my review again. I ordered a pimento cheese sandwich with no chicken through the drive thru. Recieved my order with only bun. I went inside to correct my order. The team were VERY nice in trying to correct. After explaining my order, I then recieved my new order. It consisted of only jalapeños on the buns. I did get 3 packets of honey and a small container of pimento cheese on the side. Very disappointed in the understanding of a pimento sandwich without the chicken. Again, the staff were very nice. This place really has to work on quality control. I ordered a large mac and they gave me a medium portion but still charged for a large. Just because you put it in a bigger bowl doesn’t mean it’s right! Do better. NONE has been eaten yet.

Had our son's birthday there and the staff did a really great job of taking care of us.... The food was great, and the kids had a blast with the jungle gym.... We got the sausage cheese egg biscuits and they were SO good! Thick sausage, soft, flaky biscuits. We were full and satisfied! We went to Greenhouse & I-10 location because Mason Rd is closed. This is specifically the location in Friendswood. On Friendswood Dr. I regularly get 1 or 2 spicy breakfast filets from other locations. This particular location and day was easy in (not a long line in drive thru). Like 3 cars in front of me (I had ordered via Chick-fil-A app). The wait seemed a little bit more than expected and when I got my filets (also had 1 breakfast burrito and a sweet tea) they were small. Like the size of a silver dollar small. I mean too small to have even been used on a biscuit small. Would have been better cut up and put in a breakfast burrito.... with some more added to it because they were small..... The overly strict portion control here is an absolute joke. I’m sorry, but this skimpy salad absolutely is NOT worth almost $11. There’s ALWAYS something wrong with my order at this Chick-fil-A. Either portions are unreasonably small or something will be completely wrong with the order. The last time I went here they gave me the wrong type of salad entirely. I don’t know why I’ve given them so many chances, but this is definitely the last time I’ll be giving them my money.

Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich through the drive through. The cashier gave her best small talk for the first five minutes at the window, bless her heart. But when it got too long they had me pull forward. I know stuff happens, but after I wait 15 minutes for a drive through sandwich, it should at least come HOT!! Super fast on having my order out! Used the app! omggg the peach milkshake was so delicious and COLD. Thick enough to not be runny but not TOO thick to where my cheeks hurt trying to suck through the straw! even though it said the store was open on online and the app, they were closed when we got to the store. I had already made an online order and according to the app it was already being made, which was a lie because there was nobody inside the chik-fil-a. and to add to this issue, it wouldn’t even let us refund our order. I arrived there an hour before the closing time listed on the app and the website, so it wasn’t like I was picking up my meal last minute. I am so disappointed with this service and chik-fil-a needs to get their hours straight because this wasted my time and money.
