Disappointing experience at Chick-fil-A today. Our order was incorrect - wrong drinks and missing items. Too many straws were also included. It seems like they need to improve their attention to detail or motivation. Hoping for better next time! Service Take out

Awesome! Super curious and helped in everyway great staff! I tryed a "Sunjoy" for the first time it cuts all the tartness from the lemonade and is sweet and smooth. The food is quality like you would expect from Chick-fil-A. The restaurant itself was clean. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

The best chick fil a I’ve been to, while eating my toddler decided she’d rather throw all her fries on the ground so while we were picking them up the sweetest worker came with a fresh new batch of fries for her! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Where’s the berries!?? It’s missing fruit! Disappointed in the Greek Yogurt. You do not get what they advertise. Fruit goes on based on weight. I have never received worse service from a Chick fil A then I did when I came to this Chick fil A for lunch. Chris and Autumn took my order and seemed very irritated by me and my friend. Then Chris never asked what sauces for our chicken nuggets so I told him that I wanted ranch and my friend said she wanted Chick fil A sauce and Polynesian sauce. We went and sat down to then hear Chris, Autumn, and another employee speaking very loudly and poorly about us as well as about other customers. We finally received our food and we got medium fries when we had ordered large fries as well as my friend's Dr pepper was spilled all over the tray because they overfilled the drink. My friend went up to Autumn to complain and ask for the large fries we had ordered and let her know that they had overfilled the cup and Autumn offered to switch the tray but not the fries. When my friend said we paid for large fries, she then took the tray, took the fries off the tray, and put those fries back in the serving area. We started eating our food and everything was fine until I realized they filled my entire cup with ice and barely put any lemonade. The only upside to this was an interaction I had with an employee name Alana. She was fantastic. I requested a refill for my lemonade and requested my friend get a new cup and a refill for her Dr pepper because they had spilled it all over the sides and it was sticky. Alana gladly and happily replaced the cup and gave me a refill of lemonade. Alana was fantastic and a true example of what customer service at Chick fil A should look like. 10STARS!!! This is the best CFA in Houston. These hard working people are always on there A game. Tyler is a lead there and went above and beyond for my wife and I. A brand new Chick-fil-a with a giant parking lot and double drive through to handle the demand. The interior feels largest than the other two nearby, though it is arranged differently. The location near several subdivisions will probably keep it busy.
