They always forgot some of the items in the order every morning. I wish they addressed this properly because it is very inconvenient for people that using the drive through every morning. On the video, they missed the buttered biscuit. Again, it’s not the first time. And it doesnt just happened to me. My friend experienced the same thing. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Nail inside of the salad!! We ordered the salad today and found this nail inside of my brother-in-law’s mouth. We called the store and explained what happened but the manager said they have no employees who have that kind of nail. Never asked for the apologizes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a great experience at this Chick-fil-A this evening! Mike was very kind and attentive while taking my order. He has the best attitude I’ve experienced at a Chick-fil-A yet! The food was extremely fresh and everything was accurate. This is the type service that sets Chick-fil-A apart, as expected. Thank you all! Terrible customer service. Very Disappointed. I literally walked inside the store at 10:31 AM told the lady I was there opened my app realized I had to click, I was here, she said even though I placed my order in the app at 1020 that they would not honor me and would not cook me breakfast. If That is the way management is She does not deserve to be in her position. Very rude. I'm on the road driver and feel like they shouldve accommodated. Chick fil a needs to do better. This is a newer location just off of 85. There is a traffic light at the turn that helps. It’s a very busy location but the line moved quickly. I ordered a market salad with grilled chicken nuggets. The toppings were plentiful but it felt like there was less lettuce than normally. All of the employees were friendly.

Got a kale salad and 12 count grilled nuggets. There was hardly any salad in the bowl and I only received 8 nuggets. I would have gone back and told them but I was running late for an appointment.
