Got the fried chicken burger and the chicken thigh had an unpleasant taste. The fries are very salty. Ordered chips with salsa and the salsa is tasteless and watery, chips were a little bit stale, I come from Mexico and had my expectations too high for the chips and salsa. 店舖裝潢走簡約時尚風格,超大水牛頭的特式牆,用鮮艷色彩造成視覺上的對比。除了一樓以外,二樓也有用餐區。 店名叫水牛城炸雞,當然是有炸雞,也有美式漢堡、焦脆米堡和多款下酒小菜。還有多種醬料和乾粉配搭不同的口味。 「美式炸牛起司堡配薯條」 麵包頂部印上水牛頭的圖像,外皮偏深色,但沒有烤過的香脆口感。 中間的配料是厚身的炸牛肉漢堡排,番茄、生菜、起司和醬汁。配菜新鮮水潤多汁,加上醬汁和埋起司,帶來融和的味道。 由於牛肉漢堡排用油炸的關係,所以缺乏一般煎或是烤漢堡排的焦香味。肉香味足夠,也有肉汁,不過有幾口也吃到有筋,希望只是個別問題。 薯條香脆,調味適中,沾一點茄汁,好吃。 「炸雞翅配印度優格醬」 外皮顏色較淺,是沾薄粉再炸的風格。薄炸皮的酥脆度當然較輕,但不同風格會帶來不同享受。炸的時間掌握得好,雞骨還帶一點紅,肉嫩多汁。 搭配充滿印度風味的優格醬,微酸和香料可以減少油膩感。真是多多都吃得下。 「洋蔥圈」 外皮的炸漿調得不錯,只是薄薄一片依附在洋蔥外面。 不過炸漿的調味較輕,好處是可以吃到洋蔥的原味,但如果不沾一點番茄醬,味道就會變成比較單調。 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $200–400 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
