A solide five star restaurant. The food is amazing and the service is excellent. When compared to other Lebanese seafood restaurants, the value here is very good because you get superior quality food at a fair price. Highly recommended whenever you’re visiting Jounieh. The food was below average, seafood appetizers tastes like outdated , fried fish was super oily. However, the service was great and the ambience was so relaxing which made us sit there for hours. Went there on Sunday for lunch, welcoming staff, polite waiters and helpful, clean place and attractive, original decoration, indoor and outdoor seatings, relaxing atmosphere with breathtaking view, fast service, delicious food and fresh but could be better, affordable prices, recommended.

Loved the experience at Chez Zakhia especially after being away from Lebanon for 4 years. The food was amazing. We had the shrimp provencal, and Sultan Ibrahim. Both were exceptionally very good! Also, portions are big and fulfilling. Highly recommended 🫶🏽 Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Recommended dishes Grilled Shrimp

We went for dinner on a weeknight, the restaurant was out of all seafood mezze. We ended up eating salad hommos and potatoes. The service was really bad, that we literally had to beg for bread to eat the hommos 10 minutes after the hommos was served. I guess maybe working on a proper par-level and training the waiters to pay attention to the small details would turn it into a better experience . It is really a shame because the view on the bay is really majestic. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Bad service. Waited 1 hour for two grilled fish for a table of three while bigger tables were served punctually. Obvious privileged service for “fachikha” people while others are left with minimum attention. Used to go to Amchit branch and things were so much different. Never again. Appetizers are below average, fried fish is tasteless. Grilled fish was not cleaned well, the bones were still in it. Employees are disinterested and somewhat rude. There are many other good places to go in the city. Don't waste your money.

It's great food. I went 4 Times. Onwer is nice person. Food is very good price and delicious. I do not understand first day I went I got free salad and sweets. But when i went alone, they don't give me. I asked for this, they don't reply.
