The past few times my burger was raw and was made incorrectly but my kids wanted to eat there tonight so I thought I give it another try so I ordered 2 burgers and asked for them to be well done so it be cooked longer. I picked up my order looked in the bag and my onion rings were missing I called she said I could get a credit on my next visit ok. So then I get home my son looks at his burger the bacon was missing plus no onions I looked at mine and no onions either which isn't a big deal then I bit into it was fine then again and it was pink I pulled it apart and there was some raw part. Ok, so this is not a place I would frequent regularly but their food was AMAZING and just what I wanted on a weekday afternoon. It is basically a bar and was pretty much empty when we came here. We got the jalapeno poppers to share. I got the avocado club sandwich with Pueblo chillies and grilled onions. My friend got a California burger. Everything was delicious! The poppers were hot with gooey cream cheese. The California burger was perfectly cooked with avocados and deliciousness. That avocado club with the onions and the pueblo chillies is one of the best things I've ever eaten. Even the potato fries were crunchy and soft at the same time. Everything had a homemade feel to it, which made us love the food more. All in all, come here for the food, if the ambiance isn't really your thing. It is really good! The place is quiet in the afternoon so that should be a good time to enjoy the food. Talking about some amazing burgers. I heard they were the best in Pueblo. So, I went to go check them out. The Texas Double bacon 🥓 Jalapeño Burger 🍔 😋 👌 Hit the spot! Best of the best Burgers in Pueblo for sure. On top of all that very reasonable price. Highly recommended for burgers or chili. Easily the worst service I've had in years. Saturday at 12:30 and the place is empty. We are literally the only patrons in the place besides two guys at the bar drinking. Now I know why. This place is TERRIBLE. The service and the food belong on kitchen nightmares. Our drinks were empty 90% of the time we were there and I mean not a single refill. They won't be here in 6 months. Cherry on top was the raw chicken they brought us.

This was my second visit to Chelsey's and the California Burger and french fries were excellent. I love consistency in both food preparation and service. To top off the meal the home made cheesecake was awesome. I was offered chocolate, cherry, and strawberry toppings but as a cheesecake purist I opted for none and it was delicious. Parking was easy at North Main and 8th Streets in Downtown Pueblo. I arrived at 11:30 a.m. just before lunch and when I left at about 12:30 p.m. the restaurant was getting lots of customers. It's great to see our local restaurants on the rebound. This corner has seen lots of different restaurants over the past several years so I hope Chelsey's stays around for quite a few more. So I have a very sick child here at home and I ordered doordash, I got the club sandwich with a salad ranch and on my notes I typed I"I don't care about the salad I just want the ranch (extra ranch if possible) I couldn't find a button for dressing or sauces." Will my order gets here and I see my receipt that says send ranch and I open my box to find three sides of ranch dressing and fries. It's amazing, usually when you have the option to add notes they don't read them anyhow. And I know I could have ordered the fries and still typed in ranch dressing but I wanted to pay for it since I wanted extra. Plus, when you order the salad with ranch dressing you for sure going to get one ranch. I'm super impressed. Food: 5 Service: 5

Been wanting to try the Texas double burger with fries for a long time but never did and I finally got around to doing it and i was so disappointed I mean the burger was good but I paid $4 for a side of fries and literally only got 10 fries a Frozen bag fries is quite expensive that's why it's better to use fresh cuts fries cuz it's so much cheaper and to only get 10 of them is ridiculous for that price. $10 for a burger, fries, and a beer is a great deal! It took a little while to get our food, considering a small Monday crowd. The burgers were very good. Lots of fries, but they weren't very warm. Husband went to get delivery paid at grub hub, they said you can't possibly pay online and made him pay again!! He went back next day and got money back. They were rude, the food was boring, only thing with taste was bbq sauce. I don't recommend. Matthew (aka Dodge) 🙄 took care of us at the bar and he was a lot of fun! We ordered wings, queso, and a burger to split amongst three of us. All delicious. The wings were so crispy and sauces super flavorful. The fresh cut fries were awesome too. Matthew was a good sport as we gave him a hard time throughout our entire hangout.
