Incredible flavors! Probably the best services I have had in years. I order hot tea at restaurants all of the time. This is the first time anyone has ever refilled the pot with hot water, so I could have more tea! Can't wait to bring friends back to try more dishes with me. If you're looking for authentic Chinese food, Chef Wu is the place for you. The Dan Dan Noodles were my favorite dish - they were packed with flavor. The salt and pepper prawns were also delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the decor is really nice. Overall, Chef Wu is a great spot for a casual meal.

We had dinner last night here. The restaurant looked clean and had nice atmosphere. Food was good. Service was tentative and very friendly. If you like spicy food, they have many dishes to choose from. Sliced Beef and Tripe in Spicy Szechuan Sauce appetizer is delicious, spicy, and highly recommended. We ordered two appetizers, two main dishes and two soda, and the total was less than $60 before tax and tip. I would come here again when I am in town. Very good authentic sichuan food. I have gotten taken out and eaten in here and both times the food was excellent, fresh and very spicy! Glad there is such a solid sichuan restaurant so close to us and we don’t have to go all the way to Buford hwy for it! The Dan Dan Noodles were some of the best I have ever had and the Shan city chicken was crispy and spicy and filled with peppers. Stand out dishes: Shan City Chicken, Dan Dan Noodles, Sichuan Green Beans, young chow fried rice (Has spam in it, delicious!) Wouldn’t order again: Cilantro Fish rolls & soup dumplings (small not very juicy and pricy)

I've lived in Roswell for half a year or so, now, and tried a ton of its restaurants as well as spots in neighboring Alpharetta and John's Creek. Chef Wu is easily in my top 3 I've found since moving out here, if not my outright favorite. I've tried something different every time I've come– 2 chicken dishes, 2 beef dishes, a vegetarian dish, a fish entree– and it's all been stellar. Some of the best, most authentic Chinese food I've ever eaten. I read Eddie Huang's "Fresh Off the Boat" a few years ago, and the food at Chef Wu tastes like how he expertly described delectable Chinese and Taiwanese fare. Additionally the service is top-notch in a manner as authentic as the food the wait staff is bringing to your table. You're never left wanting or waiting by their attentive, knowledgeable staff. TLDR: Tasty authentic spicy Chinese food with a good atmosphere. 1. 夫妻肺片 very eaten sliced beef and tripe appetizer. It's one of our go to dishes, got a lot of collagen and protein. It's got a lot of flavor including numbing and more spicy than most other places. 2.糖醋鱼 honey roasted fish. Basically sweet and sour. My wife likes it. 3. 孜然羊肉 cummin lamb is pretty tender made in a dry pot style with a lot of fragrant herbs and could be considered a bit too spicy. 4. 香菇菜心Shiitake and bok choy. The ambience is beautiful, and the food was pretty good. The Szechuan fish was very spicy; the server asked for the spice level and we said “medium” but I think it only comes in one level of spiciness. It’s battered fish covered in chopped chilis, and it’s really a one-note dish (chili oil). So I’d only advise the Szechuan dishes if you like very spicy dishes. The lo mein with chicken tasty, nothing special but I’d eat it again - a very American style lo mein. The description of the restaurant says they pride themselves on serving authentic Chinese food…to be honest I can’t evaluate that because I didn’t order from the classic dishes. Service was prompt. 4/5 for ambience, 3/5 for food. Note: they added a 20% gratuity, probably because we had 8 people in our party. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Absolutely delicious! The menu options are endless for a vegetarian as myself. The portions size to cost are so favorable I'm not sure how they can do it. I will return again and again. The hospitality is worth noting and the bar menu has something for everyone. I would give them 15 stars if I could. Also worth noting is I came about 45 minutes to an hour before closing and they treated me as though I could stay the night.
