Food quality is to be expected but I don’t like the robot that takes your order. For the average person they won’t know how to talk to the robot to get their order correct. Especially since there is no sign in how the robot will expect to take your order. But overall everything was good. Would highly recommend a screen that shows you what you ordered at the very least. If you are looking for long lines, service slower than a turtle, orders wrong/missing and employees who roll their eyes so hard they saw their brain then look bo further than this Checkers because that is exactly what you will get. Worst service of my life to say the least. A dead person could have done a better job than these people. Don’t worry, this will be my only time every subjecting myself to this debauchery. There is a robot taking your order at the order machine. Sounds cool in theory, causes problems in reality. It is like arguing with siri to get your order through and once you get to the window the workers are unsure what order goes with what car making it hard to get the correct order. I put service at 3 bc the robot is a pain but the staff are friendly. Just be sure to check your bag before you drive away and get it corrected if anything is wrong. No atmosphere bc you are ordering in a line. Food is pretty good if you can get the food you want. Good luck!! Almost 1am. Waited forever in drive thru only to get to the opened window and ignored by the black lady with glasses and the curled under bob hair cut. She spits out my total at me with no acknowledgment of my wait time and then has the NERVE to say “27 CENTS!” in reply to my request for BBQ sauce. DONE! Food was great but they're painfully slow and often mess up your order and/or don't give you all your items. The AI that takes your order is infuriating and the real person you get when you ask for a team member isn't much better. Waited over 45 minutes for chicken tenders to be made, we were told to drive around to the other window and when we got to the second window the person who came to the window had no idea why we were told to go around and we had to keep waiting, do not come here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
