Very disappointed. Quite possibly the worst chicken tenders that I’ve ever had, basically over cooked breading. They got the sizes wrong, ordered large combos but received medium combos, the burger was flavorless and the Mr Pibb was flat. At least the fries were good but I won’t be going back.

My husband and I love checkers food but the customer service has gone way down in Kodak, Tennessee. For months now every time we go there they forget to put something we order(and paid for) in our bag. This is happening all over town so we tried to go in to order to make sure we get everything and was told we couldn't. So again something was missing. When I called them to make them aware of the continued situation (because they are getting alot of money for the amount of food we haven't received todate) they tried to turn the fault over to us because we didn't check our bag before we left the parking lot. WE ARE PAYING MONEY TO YOUR COMPANY SO THEY CAN PROVIDE JOBS TO THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE. IF THEY WANT TO PAY US TO BABYSIT AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE DOING THEIR JOBS, I WILL GLADLY DO IT! Until then please retrain your employee's to make sure your customers receive the food they pay for and refrain from blaming the customer for their mistakes. I understand (because I also work in the customer service area in management )that not every employee that works there is at fault but all need to know you DO NOT blame the customers for mistakes made by the workers. You claim responsibility and try to make the situation right.
