Good selection of foodstuffs & some housewares. Nice Bakery in store & good wine outlet. Many Checkers bargains to be had. Easy parking. .

Checkers hyper is my favorite place to shop, the workers there is always friendly and service is excellent, can't say the same about pick and pay, never received the same experience there, they think they are above customers, I am a service provider for more than 32 years, and I know what is service delivery, I never shop at pick a pay and will never do!!!

Well laid out store with a great selection of products. Found everything we needed for our holiday grocery shopping while staying in Ramsgate over Christmas and New Year. Prices seemed to be competitive and with a lot more choice than some of the other local supermarkets in the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Queuing at checkout was quick. Always plenty of parking available outside in the Hibiscus Mall parking lot.

The check out staff are so friendly. It was chaos on Christmas eve, all the tills were open, the managers were helping out and shelves were bring repacked as soon as products ran out. Nothing was too much trouble.

No prices on half of the shelves. Bought 2 packs of I & J fish, both were badly off because we noticed the smell in the car on the way home already. Just kinda disappointed, especially because hardly anything had prices 😕

At first sight a bit cramped and run down but that first impression is wrong. Have a great variety of products, good selection of wines and a whole outdoor section with things for the beach like chairs and sun shades, gazebos etc.

Beautiful indeed clean neat and orderly. My request is kindly stock more variety's of curry powder e.g kashmiri chilli powder Kashmir masala etc. Thanks for stocking Bombay curry powder or one has to travel to Durban to get these items

Good place my issue is the broken leaking fridges and seeing those poor ladies always wiping wet floors and I bought chicken that was in a broken fridge and ended up spoiled but time I cooked.
