I loveeeee this Charley’s location! The food is ALWAYS hot and fresh, Mr. Greg is ALWAYS in great spirits and other staff has been extremely helpful and friendly as well. Definitely the location to visit is you want good service and excellent food! SN the Oreo Milkshakes never disappoint. 4 extra dollars for fries on top of a 8.99 combo. Last time I checked fries usually come with a combo. There’s not suppose to be an extra charge. Food is good but definitely overpriced.got two of these for 29$ after taxes. Crazy

Had a solid lunch over here at Charley's. The new Parmesan Peppercorn Hoogie was great with just enough A1 sauce to give it a solid acid kick. Bacon cheese fries were on point and crispy, they had forgotten the cheese sauce but after I pointed it out they apologized and fixed the problem right away. The watermelon strawberry lemonade also was great, I love the chunks of real fruit. All in all I believe this Charley's will make a happy addition to the Spring Plaza community. I always purchase via drive-thru the employees and Manager are always friendly, courteous, and nice. Kindness goes a long way and so far everyone I've encountered here delivers great customer service. I've frequented this location several times and each time the food is exactly what anyone would expect it to be DELICIOUS. Keep up the great job! We appreciate you all. Greg The wings are better than Wingstop on any given day!! They are cooked to perfection and are always juicy and tasty! I highly recommend this location. In addition, the subs are excellent as well! Outstanding! Went here for takeout order yesterday and everything was actually done correctly as compared to the one on 2920. They actually gave me everything I ordered including mom's Chicken Philly that always ended up as a Steak Philly every time from the 2920 location. The guy at the register went above and beyond his job including opening the door as we left. Great place and atmosphere. Food was awesome and will definitely return to this location.
