The cafe house (kopitiam) has the old nostalgic feeling which remind how my daddy operated the cafe shop with the real marble tables and good hard woods. The owner used the most traditional way to bake its breads and egg tarts! ROTI canai Kosong is soft and crispy and the sauce is really good ! The Red Bean 🫘 bun is fully filled insides the bun and you knew it when you hold on your hand! Owner is generous where the red bean is stuck fully to make sure everyone enjoy every bite of it and make sure you are full with just one bun! Another highlight is the ROTI Panggan (Roasted Bread ) or bread with Kaya. Owner gives a full thick spread of Kaya on the bread! Really enjoying ! Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
BEST RECOMMENDED place to have breakfast at this city of Semporna, Sabah. Nothing much to say as the food is marvellous, the service is amazing and the environment is entirely authentic. The building has stand still since 1970 and there’s lots of good old days memories about this city. My favourite is the Home-Made Traditional Toast with Coconut Jam and extra cheese 😍 The Price is super cheap, which is super affordable. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They quite generous with their kaya and butter. Need to come early to get seat. Here you can order all type of toast, and their bread all freshly bake. If you don't like toast then can order roti canai or roti kahwin. Kopi also not bad. If don't want heavy breakfast then can come here before go for island or hiking. Roti kahwin and nescafe tarik, good taste, not perfect but the taste is not forgettable. Just mention we can take away the bread and handmade coffee. Nice to know they operate more than over 70 years, amazing history. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Ordered quite a few items from their menu. The half boiled eggs were cooked perfectly, roti kahwin is good. French toast was really yummy. Prata was alright. But what really amazed me was the mee goreng, I ordered without having high expectations but the seafood mee goreng was really good, the sauce and the mee was so well cooked and the noodles were not too wet but have enough of gravy. I really missed their mee goreng after I have returned to KL. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Love the prata. Maggi goreng skip. Soft boiled eggs also normal. Butter toast was average too. Overall the place is quite good for local breakfast. Coffee is decent!
The breads are delicious! So so generous when it comes to the fillings, like butter, kaya (egg jam), red bean paste and eggs. Slightly too sweet for my liking but i think it’s generally accepted as there was alot of people. Drinks and fillings are loaded with sugar. Eggs took half an hour to prepare so… be prepared to eat that last. 🫤 Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person RM 1–20

Very traditional Chinese coffee shop but customers are mostly non-Chinese which I personally feel very comfortable. Foods and drinks here are very traditional and delicious. Service is good and fast. This is the kind of shop I will visit again and again. They also have a branch near the jetty but I prefer here. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person RM 1–20
Everyday Freshly made bread/bread toasts served nicely. Would have preferred to have gotten my toasts bit hot though. If you are a foreigner better to brush up your BM skills to order thru the waiters. The owner is a friendly guy who you can approach to order as well. Roti Canai doesn't seem to be served on all days. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast
