The recent decline in both food quality and service at this establishment is concerning. During my most recent visit, I ordered a Masala Dosa, which unfortunately took over 30 minutes to be served, despite the lack of significant crowds. Regrettably, the dosa itself did not meet expectations, sambar was served in a chai cup, half full; considering the price point, superior quality options are available elsewhere. I ordered sev puri, and asked them if they can make it in Pani Puris puri instead papdi! They did it and tested amazing. One star less for the 2nd order - papdi chat, as it had more curd and chutneys then any actual stuffing. Recommendation- Modified sev puri.
