The worst steamboat I ever had. Their food serve out from freezer and need to wait it melt then just can eat. Especially the scallop. The soup tasteless, worst than packaging soup. The sauce limited and the staff said no stock for the sauce, cos they didn't prepare more. Order for add on drink then will forever never come cos all the staff is preparing for their dinner.😣 service are lousy.

Really love the food and the price is really worth it, in terms of service, you need to constantly call the waiter and waitress but overall is a good place to eat and spend time with family members or groups Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It has always been my choice of family steamboat place! Affordable price that comes with privacy, very ideal dining place for a small family or even bigger crowd. No fancy decoration, but a quiet and comfortable room within the most happening area in 101 Kuching! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Very nice soup base where it tastes ''original" without adding ajinomoto. Also love the chewy handmade noodles. Wouldnt feel hot while eating in the restaurant. Guess their ventilation was good too. And thr's variety of sauces for your preferences. U can mix and take whatever kind of sauces that u like as it is alrdy included in the bills. Overall a good steamboat go to place in kuching with a reasonable price.

Unlike usual buffet steamboat, this restaurant are on pay per order basis. There are few soup base. I had tried herbs and spicy soup base, both are nice but personally preferred herbs as I couldn't handle the spiciness. Apart from shared pot, personal pot are available and it is charge per pot. In terms of ingredient, they have everything that I expects to find and keep in fresh. In addition, BBQ menu and Sichuan cuisine are available as well.

Ain't bad at all, but nothing to write home about. Ingredients are ok, the soups are pretty nice, good selection of sauces, and some delicious side dishes (the lamb skewers come to mind). The robots were hardly used, if that's anyone's reason to come here. Overall, a solid hotpot.

Service is wonderful. Would recommend the tradition base soup. A bit pricey but all in all, was a great meat and had a great time with friends.

I was attracted to this restaurant because of the robots. So disappointed was I when I discovered the robots were just for show only! Steamboat food fare. It was alright. It is self service if you want seasoning or condiments. Personnel were attentive and polite. Food was okay too and the portions were large.
