My friend and I ate here for the first time yesterday. It far exceeded our expectations. The food is incredibly fresh and packs bold flavors. The best part was being greeted by Ethan & Gary. They were so patient with us while we looked over the menu and answered our questions. They made great suggestions and just went above and beyond for us. After a 14 hour work day, their kindness was truly what we needed. We will be back for the quality food and the even better customer service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered on DoorDash and paid $20 for about 1/4 of a bowl. Ordering here is so inconsistent. Even when eating there you have no idea how much of each item you’ll get. Roll of the dice how much dressing you’ll get as well. Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1

My review is true! First time eating here was always curious so I came, saw, and conquered!! Amazingly delicious Gyro and there's an assortment of beverages to choose from my all time favorite was the mint cucumber lemonade. By the way I have to give a shout out to Keena and Kodie and Tera(Manager) for great customer service! Not sure what is going on with the store. Lately the spicy falafel is very old and hard. Once my veggies had meat mixed in it. I almost lost it because I am a vegan. Sad to say. I will have to go somewhere else. Too pricey for hard protein and inconsistent food.

I took my wife to Cava for the first time and she was really excited about it. We walked in and no one spoke us. The person making our food did speak. We ordered bowls and were really excited about them. I’ve been to Cava three times. The first time the rice was very rough. The second time was perfect so I just counted the first time as an anomaly, not the norm. This time we went and the rice was so hard that we just threw the food way. It was so disappointing. It is the best "fast food" there is. I build a mixed greens and grains bowl that is packed with so much flavor. My husband and I both can get bowls for $23. And usually take some home. Good - **** CAVA is my favorite among the current Mediterranean restaurants in Tulsa. As usual, I had the half salad-half basmati rice bowl. Tried the super-green mix salad and it was amazing. Added grilled chicken as the protein with tzatziki, red hummus and harissa as sauces with pickled onions, tomato +cucumber salad(this is awesome), lentil tabbouleh and crumbled feta with a yogurt dill dressing. I am so happy to find this place! It is like a Mediterranean Chipotle! Amazing variety, generous portions and so many sauces and flavors to savor! Plus it's fast, healthy and very reasonable price - about $10 unless you want some great upsells - like braised lamb! The only slight criticism is that the atmosphere is not very cozy but its clean and modern. The food makes it more than worth it to go! This was pretty good. My friend introduced me to Cava so we went for lunch. The service was quick and the lady really made sure to listen to what I wanted. I got this chicken salad with some lemon or lime dressing on it and I thought it was terrific. Oddly enough, I really liked their trays too.
