First time there and the young man behind the counter was fabulous and guiding me to choices. I did order a pizza that I would recommend ordering a bowl from now on. 😋 It got messy for sure! I did order the lamb , but when I got home to eat it , something was funky I opened it up and scraped off all the condiments thinking one of them might have been to blame but I think it was the lamb itself. It didn't taste bad enough to not eat it however!! I wasn't worried about food safe here anything I think it was just A little bit strange from my taste and normally I love any kind of lamb or mediterranean food. I'll be back! I went to get a bowl and they didn’t have many of the protein ingredients and they charged me extra for the only red meat option they had available and they gave me a rat’s portion on top of that! Portions are inconsistent overall but everything tastes great. Some days I will get enough for two meals and other days I'm still hungry from what was provided. food tasted good but we had to wait 30 minutes to be served. new person taking orders but other staff weren’t helping much. they ran out of meatballs and no one thought to cook more. we agreed to wait for them to cook more and when they came out they weren’t fully cooked. staff needs more training and to work as a team. paid too much to wait this long. been here 45 minutes and still don’t have all our food. disappointed in our experience. This Cava truly outstanding, I have been a customer here for about a year and receive welcoming and quick service every time. The food is always stocked to make sure that I can get my perfect bowl every time I visit. I would also love to spotlight one of the employees at this location, Aaron. Had an awesome experience today with Malaika! So friendly, pleasant, and even called a friend to help me locate my own Japanese sweet potatoes. Always love paying a visit to my local Cava and really happy with the new staff additions.

I have been frequenting this location since it opened and I always get the same bowl. I have been happy with the quality of the food and the prices are fair Well, this time, when I asked for extra rice and she said it was an upcharge which I said ok, even though I have never been charged for it. When my normally $13 bowl came to $17 I noticed I got two extra charges, one for extra rice and one for lentils. The lentils were hard and that wasn't something I have been charged for in the past. The portions this time were very small as well. I am still hungry after my $17 bowl. I will not be going back. No wonder I was the only one in the store. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

The restaurant was fine, clean, nice, etc. The food was good enough (except for the grilled chicken). My issue is that I specifically asked at the restaurant if the chicken was chicken breast. They assured me that it was. It is definitely NOT chicken breast. It's likely chicken thighs. I do not like chicken thighs or legs. I went home with my to go order expecting breasts but had to pick through my salad to take out the chicken. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4
